The location was great. Lots of stores and restaurants in very close proximity.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. My friend who was also staying at this hotel was literally 15 minutes after us to check in and the lady at the front desk said someone from night shift will be here soon and then just up and left. She left the hotel unattended and multiple people were waiting to check in. There was no one there for like 20 minutes. Just good luck and bye. The hotel also smelled really bad. It smelled like deli meat that had been left out in the sun. We took an air freshener from our car and placed it over the ac unit in our room just to make it tolerable. The WiFi was spotty and kept going in and out, which made the Roku tv in the room not work half of the time. The free breakfast just consisted of little Debbie cakes and stuff like that. No hot breakfast items. Needless to say we will not be back.
Our rooms were on the first floor which was nice! The breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly.
Staff very friendly and nice!! They cleaned the bath tub upon request! Waffles were good for breakfast!
Shower had 2 settings very hot and scalding. Impossible to bathe children. Speaking of bathing that wasn't happening with a black tub anyways. No elevator. Hotel hallways and stairs are very hot. Only air-conditioning is in the room. The upper lock on door was broken completely off as well.
Ease of parking, the location is on top of a hill away from the highway and in your room you can't even hear this.
The rooms were spacious with a fridge and adequate charging areas. The beds were nice, blankets were heavy and not thin like some hotels, though I did bring over the extra just to meet my comfort needs.
No breakfast, but this was explained at check in, no problem there. There is a McDonald's at the end of the drive, however, there is a FANTASTIC bakery downtown called Behind the Times, definitely worth stopping in! Four minutes away with handmade breakfast and coffee!
The property was clean and the reception was nice.
Promised a breakfast but didn’t have one. The staff informed me that the health department closed it down which sent up red flags.
Took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in and nobody came out at all when I went to check out at 11.
The room felt like it was as clean as it could be.
Roaches in the lobby, there was little to no breakfast because the health department shut most of it down, and treadmills were awful! I had to turn the air down to 60 for the room temp to feel comfy.
The staff was lovely! You could tell they were trying to make the best out of the place.
Breakfast is advertised but not available. We were told of this only AFTER paying that breakfast would consist of coffee, blueberry muffins or a nature valley bar. The man saw a very let down 7 year old the next morning and went into the back to offer a frozen breakfast burrito (thank you to that man by the way!!) the bathrooms were gross. The chairs were very stained. The beds were both sagging in the middle. If it wasn’t for the kind staff I would rate it much lower.
No breakfast, no hot water,
It was a decent motel right there in town easy access to restaurants
They said there was breakfast there was no breakfast they said it was closed there was supposed to been bananas and apples and sealed up stuff which was all out by 7:00
Everything
Too short of a stay
Nice
Leaving
Tucked away on a hill
The fridge didn’t really work, room was kinda small. The ladder to the pool was extremely loose.
Nothing.
The staff was not helpful. There was hair from previous person in the bathtub. There was a crackhead crying and up and down the hallway all night, blaring music. Felt unsafe.
The hotel was off the highway enough to be quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.
Clean
NO HOT WATER
