I asked for non smoking rooms and my room was saturated with smoke! They didn’t switch me to a real non smoking room as I requested! I will never book there again!!!
The furniture was scratched up, old and the ironing board was DIRTY!THIMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!

I love the Carson City area and this Property is in a great location, downtown and food very close. Special thanks to GM Chris. Every one of my 4 nights Chris was available at the Front Desk and would walk the Property to ensure things for his Guests were in order. Coin guest laundry on site. Room was fine and the Stay was a Great Value. Friendly Staff including Jesse. My status was recognized everyday by GM Chris and his Courtesy made the Stay.

Nice clean room. Pleasant staff. Maid Reina was exceptionally accommodating. Noises from outside were nonexistent.
Handicapped room. Water from shower soaks floor. Bars for assistance too far from toilet. Not enough shelf space for toiletries especially for extended stay.
First the room was dirty stains all over the walls under the table. The mirror was not wiped good. The shower was stained and hairs in the tub. The restroom door is so close to the toilet, big girl here and it was a mission to use the toilet and keep the door shut. The door was so dirty like it never gets cleaned. Overall a dirty room and I have stayed at days inn and this is not the same as other properties. At 945am I went to the office to get coffee and breakfast was over no coffee no nothing. Not staying here EVER AGAIN!
