The rates were cheap.

Cons:

The cleanliness of everything. It seemed every where you looked it was dirty. There was a safe in the room but no key to use it. We stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping was offered. We had 1 small garbage can in our room. It was difficult to get ahold of the front desk person. The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Worse we have probably ever had. The pool needed a cleaning and the water was so extremely cold that we could not use it. The pool room itself was not clean. The hotel did not prioritize customer comfort or any kind of “welcome to our hotel” mentality for its guests. However on the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. Each window we looked out of from the hotel had some sort of stack up mess outside such as the lawnmower, old chairs.

Liked that it was easy to check in

Cons:

Two fridges and no coffee maker for some reason. The pillows were yellow and TV was outdated and couldn't get the remote to work. Breakfast was very sad only thing edible was the waffles.

Below expectations
Cons:

Pool and hot tub had lots of dirt in them.
Stains on blankets and sheets.
No towels in pool room.
Breakfast was terrible, sausage still 1/2 frozen, waffel iron left waffle raw in center, nothing to drink.

We had a great stay. Our room was super cleaned and the prices was great.
Pros:

We had a great stay! Bathroom was super cleaned! Beds were firmed and very comfortable. Sheet sets are super nice and cleaned! There have a thin comforter and a bed spread on top. Very comfortable! Breakfast was ok but they don’t provide coffee lids.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff was not that friendly.

Stay was ok, but not sure if I would return to stay again.
Pros:

Good and quiet location right off the highway.

Cons:

Customer service was neither good nor bad. The room did not feel clean. The lamps by the bed and night stand did not work. The only lights that worked was by the television and by the door next to the bathroom. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm starting beeping; contacted the staff and the battery was promptly changed.

It was less than I expected for the charges I paid. Probably won’t stay there again. 😣

Did not get breakfast

Cons:

I thought the stairway could use a good vacuuming. I did not like that there were no drain covers in the sink or the tub. Did not like the sink separated from the rest of the bathroom. Thought $20. was quite a bit to add one person to my room.
