Banyan Tree Bangkok

After having stayed in Sumai we were excited but this hotel was underwhelming. The attention was not there. Our check-in happened in our room it was a bit crammed. Although it was a club room it did not feel correct. The rooms are dated. We stayed in two rooms, the second one had a musty smell much that we left. Staff was inconsistent. Some were attentive while others not so much. One that stood out was Wendy from the club. She took her time to assist guests and made an impression. The location is good not too far from tourist locations. Club level amenities are good. The breakfast restaurant was also crammed not a good design. I felt as though there was no space. I was expecting a lot but it was just ok. I think for the price service could have been better. We also asked for an emergency kit and they said they did not have to go to the nearest seven eleven. The company they use for tours was a bit off putting--both tour guides asked us if we wanted to go to a jewelry store...not sure what kind of deal they have.

We went to Apsara for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was incredible. From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm smiles, utmost care and highest level of professionalism.

Food was incredible, every bite of the 5 course meal was well balanced and tasted amazing. B, our waiter was super nice and polite.

They helped me arrange for the birthday surprise roses for my girlfriend and it was really great experience.

We would recommend and definitely will be visiting again soon.

It was a very enjoyable experience with my parents. Jack’s service was excellent.

I had the pleasure of dining at Saffron Grill at Banyan Tree Bangkok, which has recently opened, and I must say the overall experience was truly impressive.

The restaurant’s decoration and ambiance are beautifully designed, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I would especially like to commend Khun Kung, whose service was absolutely top-notch. Khun Zee and Khun Nana also provided excellent hospitality throughout the evening.

What stood out was the team’s genuine passion and product knowledge. They took the time to explain the restaurant’s concept and even introduced several key herbs used in the dishes, which made the experience even more engaging and memorable.

Their attention to detail was remarkable. At one point I felt quite cold due to the air conditioning, and the team immediately provided a scarf without me even needing to ask — a small gesture that truly reflects their attentiveness.

The food itself was outstanding. I particularly loved the desserts — the corn ice cream and the Thai coconut pancake, both of which were absolutely delightful.

Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be returning again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Baiyun Restaurant. The food was excellent, but what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service.

Our server, Job, was incredibly attentive and professional. He explained the menu clearly and recommended dishes with great knowledge and confidence. His friendly attitude and hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the meal.

I would also like to compliment the restaurant manager, Khun New, who took great care of us and ensured everything went perfectly. His attention to detail and warm service truly elevated the overall dining experience.

Thanks to their excellent service, we had a truly memorable dinner. I would be more than happy to recommend Baiyun Restaurant to others, and I will definitely come back again.

I loved everything about my stay, from the beautiful welcome drink and friendly attentive and knowledgable staff to the fantastic comfortable rooms and the finer details everywhere.

The food was extremely delicious and the dining process was very refined and considerate. The dishes were creative and tasty. I didn't realize I had stayed in this restaurant for two hours. It was a perfect dinner. The view outside the window was simply stunning! I like it here.

The moon bar and vertigo are absolute standouts. The hotel itself is very good. The pool area is a little small but the loungers turned over often. The spa was also very good.

Came for a fancy 4 course dinner on the river for our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. Ekkorn was great, very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Also the best picture taker!

We highly recommend visiting Moon Bar, the experience was amazing and service by Jeab Tar was a pleasure. Drinks are incredible and the atmosphere here is extraordinary :)

Lovely hotel, everybody was very nice, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little packed and the only complain was the shower - the water oscillated constantly between very hot and very cold, so the shower time wasn’t the most pleasant!
And the rugs in the main entrance looked very dirty and stained for a fancy hotel.
Other than that, we had a beautiful stay!!

We spent three nights here in a serenity suite in Club. The room was great. Huge, well appointed. Quiet and clean. Food was pretty abundant and we made full use of breakfast, high tea and cocktails and canopes. Staff were very very attentive and kind. My wife had a massage with Vicki, spinal stretch with Day and singing bowls with Suk San. All were brilliant and highly recommended to others. Not sure when we will be back to Bangkok but would definitely aim to stay at the Banyan Tree.

A fantastic and atmospheric experience with great fine dining, music and entertainment. The food was perfect and our waiter, Ekkorn was amazingly attentive.

Lek took great care of us. He was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful with every detail. The food was also delicious. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

A great way to experience the riverside attractions of Bangkok, with a delicious meal. We are vegetarian and enjoyed the dishes with plenty to eat! The vibe of the boat was relaxed but classy. Our host Lek was very friendly and made sure we were cared for. Would definitely recommend
