This it one of the best dinner cruise in Bangkok. Luxury, good food, and great service especially Pop who took care of us.

There was a minor issue with the reservation, but the staff's incredibly kind response quickly made up for it. Both the service and the atmosphere were excellent. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the staff and to Manoch.

I was arranging a birthday celebration stay for my boss from afar, and naturally I wanted everything to be perfect. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Most of our communication was done through email, and every question, request, and detail was handled with care and efficiency. Their prompt responses gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire planning process.

A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team, including the Concierge, Guest Services, and Reservations teams, as well as the teams at Saffron and Apsara. While I cannot mention everyone by name, every person involved contributed to creating a seamless and memorable experience.

What impressed me most was not only their efficiency, but also the genuine hospitality and dedication they showed. It felt like they truly cared about making the celebration special, and that level of attention made all the difference.

Today, we had opportunity to have dinner at Safflon restaurants, N’Mew took good care of us to serve, take orders and clean the table. At the end of the dinner, N’Mew offer us the souvenir and take a picture of us. We are so surprised and impressed because I thought about ask her to take a picture but she came before we ask. This is really a great time. Thank you so much.

Terrifid hotel and comfortable beds. The Banyan Tree is located within walking distance of Lumpini Park and new shopping malls, which along with the surrounding area has been upgraded recently. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The entire staff was above and beyond expectations. Thanks so much to the restaurant and club lounge staff, and also to housekeeping for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Ying, Aio and Nine.

Can I just say what an absolutely luxurious fabulous hotel this is. From the moment we walked in after a nearly 20 hours after we left Ireland we were greeted with such warmth and kindness by the concierge. The rooms were huge and were adjoining as was our request. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies were very attentive. Upon learning I had a fish allergy offered the chef to make me an individual portion. My son unfortunately had to go to the hospital and the staff really were unbelievable here. They arranged transportation immediately, offered advice.. and then sent a beautiful bunch of flowers to our room for my son. The activities were fantastic too wirh Muay Thai lesson with Badminton.. fantastic! The pool was warm even in the evening which was a lovely way to end the day. The hotel itself is very inviting with lovely aromas and flowers throughout. The staff are very attentive and kind. Our family couldnt recommended this hotel enough. Thank you for a lovely stay and for our lovely cake for our anniversary.

A private, pleasant experience onboard Saffron Cruise. Nice ambience with good food and our server Ekkorn was very attentive and lovely.

Jack was absolutely amazing! This experience was one for the books! He was very professional, knowledgeable of the menu, and overall very kind! When water was leaking on our food, he found us another place to sit before we could stand up. He was also a great photographer.

Ekkorn K server of our table was tooooooo excellent. Polite, obliging, informative and forever helpful. Made our night so much better. Will tell all my friends about Saffron Dinner Cruise. An experience not to be missed.

Have been to Thailand over a dozen times but it was my first time on a dinner cruise and I'm so glad we chose this one named Saffron by Banyan Tree. The food and service on the Saffron were remarkable and memorable to celebrate my birthday milestone. We were served by Phim, Frame, and Jack and they were extremely attentive. Service was friendly all around, even the guy handing out the umbrella on the top deck, everyone on the cruise was helpful and attentive to customers. Awesome views of Bangkok while on the river, highly recommended.

The dinner experience was fantastic! The ambience was great. The food was divine. And the crew - Jack, Fah, Pie and Pop - was absolutely delightful.

What made the dinner exceptional was that they celebrated my birthday and they accommodated my diet preference with non-shellfish items! ❤️

The food was really good and the staff were able to explain the dishes well. The welcome drink and the prawn rice dish are really good!

Hotel is good . Best part is the lobby staff . They are very helpful with the taxis drop off and pick up . Mr wat was very helpful during our departure .
