Brian an excellent Door Man.
Pros:

Just want to say what an exceptional Door Man they have with Brian. I had a huge amount of equipment to bring into the hotel and I was on my own. Brian could not have been more helpful. He organised everything to help me with the equipment and was a true gentleman throughout. It’s very seldom you meet someone so obliging, a credit to the hotel,

Pros:

Service. Spa. Massage war sensationell. Meerblick. Bequeme Betten. Ruhig, trotz ein paar Flugzeuge. Ideal zur Nähe zum Flughafen und doch wunderschöner Strand vor dem Hotel.

Not good
Pros:

We went to this hotel on 31st May for lunch.

My husband is on 24 hour oxygen and cannot walk very far.
I dropped him at the entrance and parked the car.
I was carrying 4 oxygen tanks with me , when we realised the lift to get to the main entrance was out of order.
With a huge amount of difficulty we made it to the reception.
I emailed the hotel to ask as to why there was no alternative entrance for people with disabilities.
I received a reply today 12th June to say the Thank you for your email.
Yes the lift is out of order and needs to be replaced.
So for anyone with walking/ breathing difficulties stay away from this hotel.
It’s actually discriminating against the disabled.
