Staff was friendly and very helpful.Room was spacious and king-size bed was very comfy.Restaurant food was very good.
Chairs in room were stained. Taking bags in from parking was difficult. I wanted to extend my stay by one night but you increased prices from $145 to $218 from Thursday to Friday. Not cool.
We stayed for a family event - the reception team were nice and accommodating - they were able to give us our rooms earlier which meant alot to us as we were under pressure. We had dinner in the bar and the food was really good, I recommend the burger.
I wish the space where they have the seafood bar was more for drinks service or a more varied menu, as we would have loved to sit there but one of our party didn't like the menu so we had to go to the other bar. The view is lovely from there. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to the food at dinner. It was just a standard buffet breakfast - nothing special and it looked a little tired.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great. Rooms were comfortable. We loved listening to the sea at night. We've stayed in many hotels in and around Dublin. This is our favourite.
Pillows are too big. A thinner pillow for back sleepers would be helpful.
Breakfast was great.
Would have been nicer to have breakfast in room with a view
Location.
The bathroom sink had a bad crack( very grubby, had been there quite a while. We asked to change rooms. 2nd room had dried in urine along back of toilet and large brown stain on chair. Didn’t want to complain again, but certainly won’t go back!
