Incredible
Pros:

Location is gorgeous, the hotel itself and the grounds are so beautiful. We had a family executive room it was gorgeous, we were even able to request a small fridge to the room. The room was huge, the beds were spotless and so comfortable.

Cons:

We ate at the resteraunt bar. It was average. I loved the hotel but wouldn't rush to have dinner there again. I had the fish, batter quite soggy and zero flavour, chips just regular run of the mill type. My husband did enjoy the burger however.

Great time in Portmarnock Resort.
Pros:

Great location and excellent guest facilities. Comfortable beds and good room size. Restaurant food was excellent.

Cons:

No fridge in the room.

Loved hotel and value for money. Lack of staff let it down

Breakfast was a disaster due to lack of staff to clear tables and keep buffet stocked up. 35 minute queue to get a table. Checkout was also understaffed

Great seaside stay before a flight.
Pros:

I always stay here when I’ve a flight from Dublin. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We ate in the Jameson bar and the food was lovely. It comes with breakfast but I leave too early. I would love to try it some time.

Very comfortable and pleasant location

Cons:

Parts of property look tired and in need of a revamp. Room bathroom sink cracked! Several of doors downstairs opposite restaurant in need of a refresh. Flush in toilet opposite restaurant didn't work properly. Overall feeling of a need for some TLC

Luxuriöses Hotel am schönen Strand, eigentlich eher auf älteres Publikum abgestimmt.
Pros:

1 Nacht Stopover vor dem Rückflug von Dublin Airport, dafür super gelegen (15min zu den Autovermietungen ohne den unweigerlich auftretenden Dubliner Berufsverkehr Stau). Das Hotel ist edel und spricht älteres Publikum mit Vorliebe für Golf an. Für einen längeren Familienurlaub eher nicht so unser Fall.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffett war angesichts der Übernachtungspreises in der Auswahl überschaubar, der Frühstücksraum auch für ein Luxushotel dieser Größe und Lage etwas trostlos im Souterrain mit "Kellergefühl", obwohl es sehr sauber war und das Personal im Frühstücksraum freundlich, effizient, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich war.
Obwohl das Zielpublikum wohl eher der rüstige Rentner und aufwärts ist gab es zahlreiche Stufen, Absenkungen etc. (was uns nur beim Rollen der Koffer störte), mit Knieproblemen u.ä. überlegt man sich gut, ob man hierhin möchte.

Everything was great apart from the very poor breakfast experience.
Pros:

The cleanliness

Cons:

We had to wait 45 minutes in a queue for our breakfast and then we had to ask for cutlery, milk for the table, ketchup several times and unfortunately this marred our stay in your lovely hotel.

Zu empfehlen
Pros:

Hotel ist etwas Verwinkelt. Sonnst alles super. nicht soweit von Dublin. Kostenlose Parkplatz, nah am Wasser.

Cons:

Frühstück nur nach Aufruf. Man muss draußen warten bis du ein Tisch bekommst.

Served a purpose but I would choose somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The view from our room of the beach was lovely.

Cons:

We had to open the window to keep the room cool enough overnight and the noise overhead of planes coming in to land was really intrusive.
The common areas were very rowdy and a bit smoky. There was a loud party going on which could be heard everywhere, and quite a few intoxicated people. Not the vibe we were hoping for.
