Zentrale Lage: vor dem Hotel Bushaltestelle und Taxistand, U-Bahn wenige hundert Meter entfernt; toller Frühstücksraum mit Weitblick

Pros:

Angekommen, eingecheckt. Alles bestens. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Im 4ten Stock einen super Ausblick gehabt. Mit dem Licht des Sonnenaufgangs wach geworden, ein Traum. Wenn Berlin, dann definitiv für mich nur dieses Hotel. Allein schon der Lage wegen

I would have preferred more Room Service as no Bed sheets changed for 3 days and not cleaned the Rooms No towels either

I checked in this Hotel on the 4th of JUly 2026. I stayed for 3 days till the 7th July. The Hotel was not what I expected, but thought I am here for 3 days so it is ok. Then I had some commitments in Berlin, so we were out all day apart from breakfast which was Brilliant. I asked for a Kettle for my Room I was refused blankly. When I came in the Evening the Beds were not changed, no Towels were changed. We asked at the Reception and he said he does not know anything that is the Cleaners job. The Staff were not helpful at all. I would advise my friends and Family not to choose this Hotel.I did not get Value for what I paid and I am very disaapointed.No to bbok this Hotel for sure. The Location was far from where i had to go everyday . I had to get Taxis everyday and the Hotel staff was not ready to help at all. Very frustrating as the Drivers were finfing it Difficult to locate this Hotel. Only some Shops and eating place next door Subway where we ate in the evenings as the Hotel was not ready to Accodomate us. We only had Subway so no idea. Next Door Subway was convininent as we were tired everyday from our day in Berlin . Not Welcoming at all no one was there to ask if we were okay. Not at all there was no Atmosphere. Very dull and not Apealing. Some Welcome from the Reception or even to ask if we needed anything. No nothing at all. A Hello where have you come from . would you like something , even Water was not offered , the lady said there is a Machine for water you can use.
.Very Humilated . I would not Recommend this hotel , but Berlin was ok . Only Lovely shops. Big Name shops Versage Loui Vittoni etc. No Cleanliness at all. Ok. My Name is Ashraf Kassam. and i travelled with my Husband Bashir Kassam and ny Brother Noordin Allidina. We had travelled from London at 5ain the Morning.

Für eine Übernachtung oder Kurzaufenthalt kann man dort buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes. Leider nur Kaffeegetränke aus dem Automaten.
Gut waren der Müslistand und dass es Obst gab.
Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse war ausreichend und recht übersichtlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Auswahl war nicht besonders für den Preis pro Person. Vermisst habe ich Filterkaffee. Es gab nur Kaffeegetränke aus dem Automaten. Lactosefreie Produkte konnte ich nicht finden, Kondensmilch, gekochte Eier statt nur Rührei fehlten. Auch kleine Salate wie Eiersalat, Fleischsalat u.ä. fehlten. Fischvarianten gab es gar nicht. Für den Preis war das Frühstück eher einfach.

mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und ein anderes Hotel suchen .

die nähe zur Innenstadt

Cons:

ein1970 erbautes Hotel, in die Jahre gekommen, das einzige Plus frühstücken im freien auf der Dachterasse auf sehr unbequemen Stühlen
