The bed was comfortable and the hotel was warm and close to town
Bathroom had no vanity and no place to put toiletries.It is not hygienic to place toiletries on the floor or the toilet seat. The toilet paper was not replaced when room was serviced.The restaurant was disorganised with limited menu options

Nothing really, but I have a suggestion. Perhaps the courtyard would be better if it was utilised better.
Like a small bar, or fireplace through the winter that guests could sit at. Happy hour mulled wine 🥰

Location is perfect - just a very short walk into the town. Beds comfortable and room clean - staff friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was nice. Overall good value for money
Would be nice if bottles of water could be available in the room. Also maybe an info sheet of the need to know details such as check in/out times and breakfast times etc as we had to ask this
