Pros:

Big rooms, comfortable beds

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay one of the boilers was broken, so there was limited heating, hot water. We were notified prior to our stay but it was too late to book anywhere else.
The big disappointing thing is an actually quite hard to iterate but. The body odor of the staff who cleaned the rooms was just awful.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, really felt taken care of. Ruby at reception was awesome and very helpful!

Cons:

Couldn't find any faults. Maybe a ski clothes warm drying room would have been perfect

Location was good, rooms were comfortable. car parking was easy

Cons:

The showers were luke warm in both our rooms which was a little disappointing.
The lack of any ski/boot rooms with drying facility.
