Great hotel! Thanks to all the staff.
Pros:

We received a lovely welcome from the two gentlemen on reception when we arrived.Our room reservation together our parking was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner. Simon was very kind and helped us with all our bags!
Hotel is in a great location, a very easy 7min walk to the waterfront.
Our room was lovely, clean and comfy beds!

We had a great stay. Staff were very friendly!

Not the best place to stop

In short, for me, It was more comfortable than the crown Plaza.
Pros:

Room was great, Clean and super impressed with the Bathroom. Bed was great and Comfortable with no complaints. Location was abit of a walk to the center where the shops and eateries are. but a beautiful walk never the less.
the Shower! I checked out of the Crown and into the Millennium, I even pointed it out to front desk when checking out that it was definitely more comfortable than the Crown Plaza.

Cons:

The Breakfast, it needs a few more options for Breakfast. the Bacon was too crispy and no softer options, at least have someone to oversee the Guest, especially having them come from all over the world and to be lost having no one assist can be daunting.
