Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash.

A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. An incidentals bond may be required. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival.

A comfortable stay in a great location—we would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a warm atmosphere.

Pros:

Great location, short walk to the city centre. Decent sized rooms that were very clean and comfortable beds. The customer service was excellent. Ruby and Raj in particular were so lovely and helpful to us during our stay.

Great hidden gem, amazing value dor money.
Pros:

Amazing value for money this hotel is so nice, local, and well made. The rooms are so nice despite the hotel being older you can really tell they have put effort into them. The staff are so nice and welcoming I love how they are all Queenstown locals. Great location too, it's about a 5 min walk to city centre and maybe a 10 min walk back just because of the hill. We went out to enjoy the nightlife late at night and found no issue walking back. Literally such a great hotel and so reasonably priced

Cons:

Lobby and lifts are a bit dated, as are facilities but the rooms themselves are so nice.

Pros:

We were blown away with the upgraded room we received upon arrival, as well as the bottle of wine and platter we received after our wedding. Very friendly staff would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Queenstown.
