Modern facility with comfortable beds and excellent value.
Pros:

Great value for our family of 3 to stay in one room. While our stay was short we could not fault the accommodation.

Cons:

On a hill a 10 minute stroll from central Queenstown. Not a problem for me but not ideal if you have accessibility needs.

Cons:

I hope the staff who cleaned my room can be more attentive at work in the future. One day,I sat down on the edge of the small round table when I sat down. I felt intense pain at that moment. So I checked the reason and found the half of the sofa was under the table.

Overall great stay, Would stay again!
Pros:

Room lovely and clean. Great shower.

Cons:

Didn't like the square pillow on the bed - other than that very comfortable.
Would have been great to have water coolers one each floor to make filling water bottles easier!

Overall we’re happy with our stay, just need to improve a few small things and it would be great
Pros:

Staff are incredibly helpful and polite. Very accomodating towards kids and reasonable with discounts etc.
We discovered our shower head was broken during the first shower, we told staff and it was fixed promptly.
Beds were very comfy (but bottom sheet needs to be bigger as the mattress was constantly exposed while lying in bed)
Cleanliness was great, bedrooms were serviced every day by staff. Also nicely renovated and cosy.
Spa and sauna were great! Kids loved it
Location was great, we had our own car so drove around but is easily walking distance to town.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast is average at best. Hot food is no good. Not worth the money. Didn’t bother with any other meals
Parking was an additional $15 per day.
Netflix wouldn’t cast to our TV but other apps worked.
No sink in our room (except the bathroom) despite having a jug, only had one small carton of milk in the fridge and that’s it.
Rooms have no sound proofing at all! You can hear everything from people in the corridors and above

Beyond excellent, thank you so much Millennium Hotel Queenstown
Pros:

The Manager and staff went above our expectations. Our heater in our room did not work so we were upgraded to a bigger room with a nicer view. Our drinks were free at dinner time and then upon checkout, we did not get charged for parking. The staff made us feel so welcome. We have stayed at many hotels/motels in Queenstown and for our future stays we will not stay anywhere else but here. The staff are a credit to this hotel and we cannot thank them enough for their service. Oh and the food in the restaurant was beautiful!

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing that we would change. We highly recommend this Hotel.

Amazing staff and super accommodating
Pros:

I really enjoyed the layout of the room, the tv was super easy to cast to as well. I also liked the parking, there’s parking designed for smaller cars or bigger cars so finding a park was super easy each time.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, the shower head did keep falling down while in use but I think it’s just the handle that it sits in. There wasn’t really enough ventilation in the bathroom either so the room ended up very steamy. The jug that is provided with the room was good but the cord isn’t long enough for it to be plugged in and sat down, I had to hold the jug while it boiled.

It's like, time is up, go away!
Pros:

Location is reasonably close to the shops

Cons:

Room key automatically deactivated at 10AM of check out day.
I was loading my luggages at the underground carpark and was lock out in the cold I have to call my wife to get down the parking. It's a health and safety matter that needs to corrected.

Pros:

We had a short stay at the hotel and found it convenient in proximity to town with friendly helpful staff. I had no trouble with reserving a parking bay for a night and found the self serve laundry very useful. All in all, enjoyed our stay.
