Comfortable stay, lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff are lovely and very friendly, rooms and bathroom are big, close to the tourist centre of Queenstown. Beds are super comfortable, hotel and rooms are both very clean.

Cons:

Skip the breakfast, coffee is good though but you pay separately for it unless you want filter coffee.

Pros:

The bathroom in our room looks newly renovated. The room was clean, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Having parking was convenient, too. Although not free.

Great Stay. Highly recommend. Breakfast was excellent
Pros:

Room and amenities were very good - spacious, nice TV, kettle and high-quality beds and spreads. Nice bathroom. Hotel went above and beyond - after our stay, agreed to hold our luggage for a week at no charge while we went on the Milford Track, even though we were staying at a different hotel after the hike.

Cons:

Nothing to note

Cons:

The restaurant wasn't great, we had a poor meal but at least it wasn't charged for.
Unfortunately we put up with 2 nights in the bar when other tourists played the piano and sang loud & badly!!!
Not ideal!

Good location, good facilities, pricey but that’s Queenstown.
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern and clean. Bathroom was gorgeous!! Loved having the bar available for a nightcap if wanted.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast wasn’t great at 9.30am - hash browns ran out, food Luke warm. Thank goodness for the made to order omelette. Also the 2 nights we chose a nightcap at the bar Chinese guests were playing the piano accompanied by some fairly torturous singing. Half finished songs, tinkering like it was their private lounge room. Funny to start with but wore thin on the second night.
