The pool was closed
The area or the hotel was nice close to stores just in case you needed any last minute things. Was at a good area for uber pickups to the strip made it definitely more affordable to use multiple times.
The pool was not open during our stay unfortunately so that was an automatic bummer.
The carpet was wet when arrived so I informed the front desk and they sent someone to check but didn’t get resolved. A couple of minutes went by and Air conditioning in out room started to leak informed front desk and they sent maintenance to resolve. It was temporarily resolved and the air conditioning started to leak again . Front desk didn’t seem to really care about the issue at least it didn’t seem like it as there tone didn’t seem sincere. Requested a room change to due issues and they were able to accommodate

Good location for our stay. Close to the airport. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nicely updated however the shower head was very low to the ground which was bizarre.
The room floors had carpet which didn’t appear to be clean. Large stain on the floor upon entering the room. Made the room feel dirty.
The room was absolutely gorgeous. So big and spacious
When I opened the cabinet door to get to the refrigerator the hinge came off. I went to the front desk and it was fixed immediately. Thanks guys
Clean, location, AC keeps very cold, room has fridge and shower pressure is amazing!!
Needs more privacy in shower are for king room, has no microwave or coffee machine in rooms
