One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
Pros:

Room and hotel were spectacular I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and staff.

Cons:

Great place for the large family.
Pros:

Incredible staff, very clean room with great set up for a family. Sofa bed had sheets, blankets and pillows ready to go. Breakfast staff and spread was incredible and had everything needed for a family of 7. Nice large dining facility with tables for plenty of people and family sized table. Great suite for the value

Cons:

Parking was limited, especially for a large van but we did get in a bit later than planned.

The room was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good
Pros:

The location was great. Worked well for our travel plans and only a short drive from the NY Thruway

Cons:

If there was any downside, it was that to reach the breakfast room, we had to exit the building 2 that we stayed in and go over to building 1. This wasn’t a huge deal but made it a little inconvenient.

Great stay near Syracuse! Delicious breakfast!
Pros:

Location was very good — just off of the highway but nevertheless our room was very quiet. The room was spacious with all the amenities one would need for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plenty — wide selection of hot and cold items!

Great staff, good location, solid pricing
Pros:

Location and size of the suite. The staff was awesome!

Cons:

Room 259 smelled like mildew in the kitchen area. They checked it out relatively quickly and said they couldn’t find an issue. The smell is very obvious though.
