Horrible and do not recommend. Checked out the same day and was not able to get my money back.

Location was the only thing to like about this property.

Cons:

The room was so disgusting that we did not stay and checked out right away. Dead bug smears on the walls and ceilings. Killed a spider and centipede. Carpet was disgusting, baseboards were filthy, food wrapper taped to the baseboard which means the room was not cleaned. The whole place just seemed very sketchy. The pictures online do not reflect on what the property looks like. The reviews I read before booking do not reflect the property, not sure where those people stayed because it was not the same place.

Pros:

I always stay at Sonesta when working in Chicago. Its nice to have a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Love this place!

They're stealing deposits
Pros:

I went to the Sonesta twice and this is the second time they haven't given my my deposit back it's crazy I've been calling and calling and calling now I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
