Hotel needs some updating, new hallway carpets; or at least a steam cleaning.

Location was ideal; close in distance to most attractions.

The rancid odor in elevator and hallways; as well as the difficulty and overcrowded parking structure.

Too many homeless people. Construction going on the entire stay. Found toe nail clippings inside of the pull out bed. We caught a rash from the bed

Cons:

They only had eggs and waffles for breakfast, which was inconsistent with the reviews I saw here of everyone raving about their breakfast

The location.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor above the dining floor, which is open for breakfast only. At around 10 pm, we heard a lot of noises. It seemed that if chairs or tables were being moved around and we could sleep. We made the front desk representative aware, but the only thing she said was she was really sorry. That next time, we need to call them and make them aware.

Horrible, never giving my money to best western!

Horrible service, could not get us room after confirming through email and the booking app, my reservation was cancelled 1 hour before I got there without a phone call or email. Staff Dina L. with her stinky attitude had the courage to say that “I should have know that I gave them a bad card” nor did she help or attempt to help. Kept making excuses and grunts as well being aggressive with the keyboard rather actually fixing the solution.

Buena ubicación, pero se quedó algunas décadas atrás en el tiempo.
Pros:

Su ubicación es muy buena en relación al centro y al zoológico

Cons:

Música ambiental en volumen demasiado elevado en la recepción. Las habitaciones son cómodas y su estado es limpio, pero se echa de menos una puesta al día en su apariencia.

You can't put lipstick on a pig.
Pros:

Great staff. Did the best with what they had to work with.

Horrible rooms. Bad lighting. Mattresses were so very soft. Checked two other rooms to possibly change but just as bad.

Breakfast lacked choices and eggs were ice cold.

Park on the street - safer than maneuvering parking garage or front parking lot.
