The only think I can I liked was the breakfast part
That parking, if I’m staying at the hotel why do I have to pay to park? Then ppl was parking any kind of way AND IT WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM! HAD TO REQUEST FOR HOUSE KEEPING TO GIVE NE MORE CKEAN TOWLS! Water RUNS ON THE FLOOR WHILE SHOWERING
Loved our stay. Clean room. Beds are FANTASTIC. Helpful staff. Quiet hotel.
Parking is tight
The rooms are huge, very comfortable, we got suite and a room with 2 beds and sofa. Free parking on the street. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Coffee, microwave and small fridge in the rooms. Breakfast included.
Not the best location, but close to everything.
Staff worked until solving an issue for us that occurred at check in. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast area was clean. Food was good. The rooms were clean.
There was a glitch of the hotel not receiving the funds through Booking.com. The staff and us as well were on hold for a length of time trying to get it fixed - we were all disconnected before the problem was solved. The supervisor was able to get back online and sort out the issue but it took us quite a bit of time and we had waiting toddlers and infant in the waiting room. But all worked out because of the awesome staff at the hotel.

Front desk staff were very friendly and we had a very quick check-in. Breakfast was great! Location was perfect to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo!
The bed was ok but the pillows were horrible. If you are going to stay here bring your own! They were flat like a pancake. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the bathroom fan was not working. During our stay, the room had a stong musty odor. The condition of the room significantly impacted my ashma and breathing conditions. With the price we paid per night I don't think these conditions were acceptable.
