I loved the convenient location. There was easy access to the I-8 and I-5. The whole place was friendly, from the guests to the staff! And everybody greets you, even if they're busy!
Well, there was not much I disliked. Parking is tight but that would be ok if people knew to be patient. Somebody dinged my car. However I bought this car to be useful, not for display.
The photos are extremely misleading. Rooms are run down and dusty and not kept up. My daughter was bit by a spider while there and now has an infection. Had a spider in the shower. Whole hotel needs updated. Charged me an extra 400$ than what my booking said. Tried to reach out to the property about being unhappy and never got a response. Very very disappointing. Absolutely not worth the money.
Service, upkeep, cleanliness was terrible. Bed was damp when we first checked in due to how humid it was in the room. Spiders.
The room was big. There is parking on site, but you can also park on the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool and a mini market to buy things if you need. Location close to the Zoo. Recommended.
Not enough tables/chairs during breakfast for the number of people that were staying. Not a big problem, but we had to wait for people to leave so that we could sit.

They had no room keys available, so each time you had to ask the front to open your room the wait to have them open was long so many people waiting it was a hassle would not recommend!!!
We really enjoyed how close it was to Sea World. We enjoyed the view from our window of the pool.
We liked how the room had a separate little room.
We didn't like how the sink wasnt in the bathroom. It was apart of the room.
We didn't like how there was no freezer to freeze our ice packs for the next day on our trip.
We wish there were towels at the pool instead of having to use our own.

Sofa bed un usable. Wi fi didn’t work.
Breakfast was well stocked and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. Pool was nice.
Had to request extra pillows and blankets 3 times over several hours, instead of blankets was given sheets. Something isn't right with the toilet flushing system and had to call twice in 3 days for a plunger. Room felt incredibly small for 6 people, no luggage racks.
Room was average and had enough space for my family.
Website mislead us on how many beds were in the room.

That parking, if I’m staying at the hotel why do I have to pay to park? Then ppl was parking any kind of way AND IT WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM! HAD TO REQUEST FOR HOUSE KEEPING TO GIVE NE MORE CKEAN TOWLS! Water RUNS ON THE FLOOR WHILE SHOWERING
Loved our stay. Clean room. Beds are FANTASTIC. Helpful staff. Quiet hotel.
