The location.
We were on the 3rd floor above the dining floor, which is open for breakfast only. At around 10 pm, we heard a lot of noises. It seemed that if chairs or tables were being moved around and we could sleep. We made the front desk representative aware, but the only thing she said was she was really sorry. That next time, we need to call them and make them aware.

Horrible service, could not get us room after confirming through email and the booking app, my reservation was cancelled 1 hour before I got there without a phone call or email. Staff Dina L. with her stinky attitude had the courage to say that “I should have know that I gave them a bad card” nor did she help or attempt to help. Kept making excuses and grunts as well being aggressive with the keyboard rather actually fixing the solution.

Everything was bad
Unfortunately I was unable to stay at the property as they were unable to confirm my reservation through BOOKING.COM. I made payment and confirmed and yet the property could not locate my reservation even when I contacted booking.com and had them call.
Made reservations through booking.com and after 10hrs of a drive and four small children with me all I heard was they couldn’t find my reservation and booking.com said “we don’t do compensations, all we can do is say sorry for the inconvenience”. Very disappointed

Gave me the wrong room which was attached to a family staying next door and It was noisy.
It was very close to the activities we had planned.
Found a huge spider on the wardrobe closet. 😳
Had a nice pool and spa. Was good value for money. It had a good guest laundry. There was some good choice for breakfast
The disposable utensils and plates for breakfast was very wasteful with no recycling options.
It can be a challenge to get to from downtown. We had lights outside which shone straight into our room
