The room was large and the bed comfy and the bathroom well equipped.
We thought the breakfast was disappointing. There was no plain yoghurt and most disappointing of all was the paper plates and plastic cutlery.
We stayed here last year and loved it. This time we were in the annex building, first in a room for which the keys would not work and then in a room that didn’t seem to have working heat. It was 55 degrees when we arrived and only warmed up to 62 overnight. The staff seems stressed about parking in such a way that allows for plowing but our lots was never plowed for the entire weekend, which meant postponing through 6 inches of snow
Oops, please see above.
Hotel amenities were great. Pool was wonderful and it didn’t feel like we were at a hotel at all. The game room was a nice opportunity for the kids to play and unwind. Breakfast was good but needs to be checked on more often to ensure food is not burning.
Room was outdated but cozy. The mattress was in need of replacement and the dresser drawers smelled old and musty. Upkeep around the hotel is needed. Overgrown vegetation needs to be cleaned up and the area of the chess board needs to be cleaned up or moved to a better location.
Cleanliness, quiet,

It’s a very pretty, historic hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The in-room HVAC unit was a little noisy.

Nice complimentary breakfast, room was clean and bright.
Toaster was slow. Not enough outlets accessible.
Old school hotel beautiful inside and out
Great area, awesome breakfast and comfortable rooms.
There is nothing we just psyched about this property.
Great Classic hotel with beautiful and comfortable beds. The food is good and the grand lobby is beautiful during the holidays.
Anyone who says these rooms are nice is lying. Our room had damp old nasty carpet. There was an air freshener plugged into the wall that smelled awful. First time I’ve ever had an air freshener in a room. The bathroom fan was like a jet engine and covered in a layer of gray dust. The toilet seemed like it would overflow every time you flush it. And a tiny 30 something inch tv with just some basics cable stations. Honestly for the price that is insane. Buy some new TVs and get some Netflix. Remove the old nasty carpet and refresh the bathrooms. Honestly just do something if you are going to keep charging these prices. Who runs this place? Discussing room, with a room freshener covering up for god knows what and a TV from 30 years ago. Way to go team. Keep up the good work. Embarrassing.
Bar, burger at restaurant
Warm room
Convenient location
Property Service fee- staff said that it paid for WIFI and breakfast? Those are free! Staff gave different explanations of this fee.
Cleanliness- RX pill and food on floor, curly hairs in bathroom, bed had multiple layers of pads and sheets to compensate for poor quality mattress. Finger prints, dust.
Pretty nice breakfast. FREE made it extra nice.
TV wasn't working. Standing lamp was broken and leaning against the drapes, fire hazard? l I was in the older part of the facility. It looked and felt old, despite some upgrading.
Despite the efficient check-in and comfortable looking lobby, the room was shockingly disappointing. We were checked in to a ground floor room in the wing of the hotel and it felt like an old motel. Upon opening the door, we were struck by the overwhelming musty/moldy(?) smell so my wife opened the door to try to air it out.
When she tried to turn on the a/c there was no luck. I determined that we could not endure one night in this room, returned to the lobby and stated the condition was unacceptable. The front desk person offered to search for another room but we figured if they were willing to sign us in to the worst room we’ve been offered, we were better off to try another establishment! Gratefully, we received full credit. But I felt obligated to share our experience and would suggest LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. No loud guests. Easy parking.
Heater was loud, going on and off during night. Made it hard to sleep. Otherwise would have rated excellent. Plastic ware for breakfast kind of cheapens it.
