Pros:

たぶん、以前は少し高目な結婚式等も行っていたり、札幌といえばここで接待、冠婚葬祭行うと間違いないっていう場所だったんだろうなって程の気品高い館内で、スタッフもそれに負けない程のサービスでした。

Cons:

部屋もとても気品があり、嫌な感じになるひとはいないとおもいますが、TVが地デジ、BSのみ視聴型なので、ネット対応のTVだと満点でした。

Pros:

Allt var toppen bra med en butik precis utanför hotellet. Bra med micro att tillgå. Tyst över allt.

Cons:

Att det var så varmt på rummet vi slog tillslut på AC och då blev det ju lite bättre men den lät så mycket så vi fick slå av den då och då. Vi var tvungna att ha den på max för att få någon svalka. Sen hade jag gärna sett att massage stolarna stod lite mer tillgängliga än att man var tvungen att gå till spaavdelningen.

とても良かった。
Pros:

お部屋が広く、ゆったり過ごせました。
サウナも良かったです。無料のラウンジもとても満足でした。

Cons:

お部屋のお掃除が行き届いてないところがあり、そこが少し残念でしたが、それでも嫌な気持ちにはなれませんでした。

Very nice hotel for an affordable price
Pros:

Had everything I needed. Very attentive staff, large rooms and bus outside of hotel took us everywhere and dropped right out the front.

The carpet in the reception foyer over the bridge got replaced during our stay and I felt humble to be staying at the same time as the new carpet being laid. It was really beautiful and fun to walk on.

Cons:

Not close to trains but the bus was right there so we were fine.

従業員さんがとても丁寧で良かった
施設が全て綺麗だった

Cons:

特にないが施設内にジムがあるがわざわざ自分たちで靴を用意しないといけないのが残念だった。ホームページなどに書いておいて欲しかった(元々、書いてあったらすいません)
