Pros:

遠離市區、安靜，但稍微需要走路的飯店
Pros:

周圍不是熱鬧區域，鄰近河流，到了晚上整體來說滿安靜的。

Cons:

不論是哪個車站，步行都需要大概10分鐘，如果有帶大行李或懶得走路的人可能會覺得遠。

It was a very enjoyable holiday staying at Premier Tsubaki Hotel.
Pros:

Price point: I booked a Force room for my family of 4. It was huge at 80sqm, considering that most hotels in Japan do not offer such space. And best of all, the price per night was very affordable at $317SGD per night.

Location: while the nearest Train station is approx 12mins walk away (Hosui-Susukino), there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel. The buses from this stop brings you right into the heart of Sapporo downtown, which is incredibly convenient. Not to mention, the hotel offers free shuttle bus service that drops you at Sapporo station and at Norbesa Susukino.

Cons:

The laundry service provided by the hotel is quite pricey. The hotel charge by per piece, approx from 700yen to 1000yen per piece, depending on what clothes you wash. I had to bring my clothes to the nearby Jaba coin laundromat each morning to wash and dry.

I had however incorporated this into my daily runs during my stay: dropped off the load of clothes for washing+drying, a total of 50mins. Went for my 10km run and came back to clean clothings.

European Grand Hotel Classicism
Pros:

Неоклассический гранд-отель конца XX века с музейной эстетикой. Потрясающие интерьеры, внутри теплая, уютная атмосфера. Сам номер и ванная комната очень просторные. Шведский стол был шикарен. Представлены как японская кухня, так и европейская и китайская. Доступна сауна, фитнес-зал, а так же лаундж зона, где бесплатные кофе/чай и пиво Sapporo :)

Pros:

Breakfast was good, loved the room size. Nice to have the bus stop right outside of the hotel when going to and from Haneda Airport.

Cons:

Wish there was a place so guests can talk stories and eat snacks/drink.
Also wished there was a shuttle to Susukino from the hotel.

WONDERFUL 6 NIGHT STAY THE HOTEL WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS
Pros:

STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY EVEN WITH THE LANGUAGE BARRIER.
WHEN WE LEFT THEY CUDDLED US AND WANTED US TO STAY LONGER.
THE DECOR OF THE HOTEL WAS MAGNIFICENT, WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND

Pros:

Questo è davvero un hotel che vale oro, sotto tutti gli aspetti. Pensate a cosa desiderate da un soggiorno e qui lo troverete. Noi siamo stati OTTIMAMENTE per quattro notti, e non lo diciamo spesso. E’ ben gestito, pulitissimo, ha ristoranti, spa, palestra, navette per arrivare in fretta in centro (se no sono 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata), colazione di altissima qualità e grande varietà.La nostra camera era molto molto ampia, con vari ripiani, scrivania e armadio. Grazie a tutto il gentilissimo staff.

정통호텔의 멋스러움이 있음. 깨끗하고 친절함. 스스키노 기준으로 강건너에 있어 한적하고 조용하지만 스스키노까지 거리가 좀 있음. 호텔 건너에 편의점이 있어 매우 편리함.

Great option in Sapporo!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet that came with my reservation was excellent! One of the best that I have had! The staff at the restaurant very nice and constantly working to keep things filled, in order and clean.
Loved the free shuttle from 11 am - 6:30p to and from Shibuya station!
Loved how quiet it was!

Cons:

The room I got was huge even for US standards! The furniture is very dated though and needs a refresh. You can tell that in its day the hotel was rather grand! It’s prime! The location for me was not the best. Nothing right outside but the shuttle to and from Shibuya station is a plus. Coming from staying in Shibuya where everything is right outside your door probably had an impact on my opinion.
