Upon pulling up and walking into this hotel, it was very beautiful. The library when you walk in is super awesome as the books are real. the room with the pullout couch had a separate sleeping room, which was nice. The biggest downfall were the beds. The beds were extremely uncomfortable to the point that none of us slept very well at all. Unfortunately, what could’ve been a super awesome stay was just mediocre. aside from the beds, the Jacuzzi was green. I do have to say the front desk. Staff was amazing as well as any other staff that we encountered at the hotel.
Uncomfortable bed. Front desk staff do not understand policies.
Front desk staff were not helpful.
Stuff gets stolen from rooms. Be careful. All other things are satisfactory for the price. Staff needs more training. No follow up in spite of reporting the incident.
Paper thin walls..terrible beds…unfriendly staff..poor air con..and cramped bathrooms
It’s a nice hotel that was only let down by the poor service and dismissive attitude of the staff. Wasn’t greeted as a Hyatt member, facilities were not open on time, corridors were not clean, simple continental breakfast took longer than an omelette, and other issues.
This is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Cupertino for work. I really appreciate that the property is relatively new, and the rooms are consistently spacious and impeccably clean. The bathrooms feature nicely updated showers, too. Add in the highly convenient location and a beautifully designed bar and lobby area, and it's an easy choice for any trip.
Location was great if you want to visit family in San Jose or Santa Clara University. 10 minutes away from Airport, University, dowtown. Spacious rooms, super clean and safe. Not walking distance from any places to eat. 'In and out' burger spot, we had to take a Lyft to lol
Location is near Levi’s Stadium.
At almost $1.000 per night, I expected free breakfasts. The breakfast receipt said we’re being charged only for gratuities, but we were charged for breakfast, too.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night.
Noisy hotel, uncomfortable bedding. The hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Non-existent housekeeping. Unhelpful front desk. Avoid.
