At almost $1.000 per night, I expected free breakfasts. The breakfast receipt said we’re being charged only for gratuities, but we were charged for breakfast, too.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night.
Noisy hotel, uncomfortable bedding. The hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Non-existent housekeeping. Unhelpful front desk. Avoid.
Amenity wise, hotel is fine. It is conveniently located, easy access to 101, Lawrence Expressway and Great America Parkway. Rooms are a bit noisy, which is understandable due to its close proximity to hightway 101. Suite layout is a bit odd, you have to go thru bathroom to get to the bedroom. But none of that affect the stay. It was also nice to have a bar and restaurant onsite. Globalist status was recognized at check in and benefit was giving during the stay.
However, we experienced a billing issue during the stay. A charge was made by the hotel to my credit card in the middle of the stay, and the charge was not reflected as credit in the final folio. We do not recognize the charge since we charged everything to the room. I called the front desk and they said they do not have record of the charge and no support documents either. I confirmed with my credit card company that the charge is indeed by the hotel. So my question is, who made this charge? only front desk had information of my credit card on file. Emailed front desk to follow up and I still had not heard back from the hotel.
So keep an eye on your credit card charges when you stay here!
Good
Should have free water in the room.
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, food at the bar was great.
The breakfast was basic, and daylight robbery at $31.95. No machine coffee, no fried eggs, none of the baked goods freshly baked. It was completely self-serve so being expected to add 20% tip for service was the icing on the cake. I skipped it on the last day and opted for breakfast elsewhere.
Friendly staff, great amenities and cleanliness was above par.
Everything
Only two elevators for a 7-storey hotel. One elevator is broken (and has been broken for a month), the other elevator gets stuck, the guests in the (very full) elevator had to manually force it closed it so it would continue. The stairs are emergency only. Taking 10 minutes to ride down in the morning - and not being sure if you'll ever make it - is not the experience I'm looking for.
Clean and very spacious room, nice amenities with pool and hot tub (the pool areas seating could be upgraded). Comfortable bed but very small shower
Very nice property convenient if you’re going to a football game at Levi Stadium
Hotel is clean and rooms are updated but hallways and other areas are not. Staff is nice. Food is average. I don't mind white noise, but if you do, you will not like the noise level due to the highway nearby. The main issue : There are 2 elevators. One didn't work the whole time. The other works intermittently and is disturbing when it randomly stops. There is also not an option to take the stairs instead because you can't get out without tripping the emergency alarm. This would not be an option for someone who has mobility issues anyway in a 7 story hotel. This seems like a major safety violation. I would expect this to be addressed right away and both elevators should be working at all times so you have a backup. The staff was very nice so this seems like a management issue. Also, the ATM wasn't working the entire time I was there. Seems like they're in no hurry to address issues.
The hotel was a pleasant and welcoming place. The moment we opened the doors, we were greeted by a fresh, clean scent. The room was spacious and clean, even the next morning, without us having to ask our room was cleaned. We will definitely be returning and staying again. The only staff member who wasn’t as friendly as the rest was the hotel staff was the female server at the restaurant in the morning.
Beautiful and clean hotel comfortable
