Excellent was very convenient location and all amenities and restaurants were close by.
Pros:

The facility was good and the staff was excellent and really helpful.

Cons:

There were no child locks in the windows and they didn’t have a grill or net.

It was okay but I’d rather pay a bit extra for somewhere with more and/or better facilities.

Pillows were nice and soft

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small. The TV in our room didn’t work with chrome cast or screen mirroring even though it has the capabilities. No microwave, plates, bowls, cups or cutlery in the rooms and cannot be provided - this led to me throwing away a lot of left over food. The aircon is also very slow even when on max fan speed and coldest temp setting.

Pros:

The staff is really nice more specially the staff during at night the guy at the front desk he truly greeted us and he is very welcoming.

Cons:

The moment that we enter the room we Saw some hair particles in the bed and pillows, also the room the smell is abit strange and the toilet is abit dirty. Also, the best is too wiggly where it it bothers me on my sleep. We requested to be stay in the higher level but the staff give us lower level.
