Breakfast was terrible as staff was placing out food as we were leaving breakfast
No watermelon till after/ cappuccino machine was getting emptied then beans placed in then still didn’t work so she turned it on in cupboard.
Shouldn’t that be ready to go from night before.

My son had nothing to eat as was appalled.

Location was excellent and room fine for our short stay and the filtered water was a great bonus
Second morning we had no hot water which was fixed but did slow us down waiting for this to be sorted

No soap in the bathroom.
The decor in the room was ultra modern and I know curtains don't fit with that. The blinds had block out, but there was a gap all round the edge which let the light in. Also the digital panel would be better placed on inside wall, so the light of it doesn't reflect into the room. Nothing to really complain about, great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff. Very good breakfast, I'll always stay there when I'm in the city, just next time I'll bring an eye mask.

It was convenient to where we were going
The shower recess wasn’t dirty but the grouting was black markings on the toilet door and no extractor fan
Location was perfect and having a 24 hour reception was important. The staff were very professional and when I had a bathroom leak issue they quickly organized a different room for me to move to and followed up the next day to see if I was happy
The bed is pretty firm and I noted that it did not have a plush/pillow top which would improve the comfort but everything else was satisfactory
the front desk staff made up for everything it was lacking in the very small bathroom space and basic housekeeping standards. they went super out of the way to make sure we were informed and stayed comfy even though there was a partial black out. we had multiple bookings and they helped to combine them so that we didn't have to check in and out again and again, and accommodated our luggage storage and allowed us a big space for packing during our check out, that was super amazing. during the black out the front desk staff made sure to wait for us at the lobby when we got back at night to let us know about it before we went back to the room and offered us drinks at their cafe as apology. that was a really sweet gesture.
the bathroom space was really tiny i knocked my elbows on the shampoo dispenser all the time and it scratched my arm, and there were no ledges in the bath for us to place our own liquids like facial wash. the housekeeping standards were slightly questionable. one room had bedroom slippers (only 2 pairs for a triple sharing room) while the other had none. and towards the last couple of days the house keeping became more shoddy e.g. no replacement of shower caps, replacement of 2 towels instead of 3. our bookings came with breakfast but i was told during the morning that it only covered 2 pax, which is the strangest thing because the booking for triple sharing said "breakfast included" how does only having 2 pax make sense? but the staff quickly sorted it out and we proceeded with 3 breakfasts.
