Traveling for a family emergency and this place made it worse and so did Booking.com

It was the most dated property I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few Hampton Inn’s and Hilton properties and this one was not good, the outlets in our room would not hold anything plugged into them. They were too loose when we tried to plug the USB into the plug on the nightstand between the beds. It actually shot sparks out onto the floor and scared my daughter to death and ruined my Apple Watch charger and then to top it all off the hotel charged us for the second night on top of Booking.com charging it as well and no one has yet to make it right because each one points me back to the other one as the responsible party so not only what I avoid this property. I would also avoid Booking.com.

Pros:

Overnight stay. Beds were comfortable. The usual expected dust/dirt on carpet around base of furniture. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty with human hair along edges. The bathroom is poorly lit; I had to put make up on in our car. Not the best nor worst overnight experience..... just needs better lighting in bathroom and better attention from housekeeping.
