Excellent value for money, with no shortcuts on the comfort and service!
Pros:

The check in process was excellent. I arrived late but with prior arrangement the key was left in a secure lock box. The room was comfortable and warm when i arrived. Very comfy bed.

Perfect and was exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Property is well
Situated and easy to find. Looks like a lot of the garden has been recently refurbished and looks really smart. The owner was really helpful with checking in as I swung by in the morning as they agreed to let me take a key early as wouldn’t be back at the property until after 10.30pm.

Cons:

Happy with it all.

Location great but not as advertised with the pub/restaurant very disappointed.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the training in Chesterfield

Cons:

On arrival after a long journey from Devon, told that the bar was shut and not open on that day. on booking there was no mention of this, or I would of booked somewhere else. No restaurant as again this was shut and when you advertise for workers to stay at this property you need to make sure you are offering what you say. Be careful when booking.

Comfy with great service.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and accommodating, letting me check in when I arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious, and they accommodated for my allergies too which was great.
Excellent place, 10/10

Pros:

Couldn't adjust the water temperature on the shower, but water was very hot.
