Room is too cold in winter to be comfortable. They need to get the heating working properly

Staff good and breakfast good. View from room very good

Cons:

The air conditioning does not work to heat the room. The room was so cold i had to sleep in my clothes. I asked the staff and they seemed aware of the problem and said there is an electric fan heater in the room. Unfortunately this is not very powerful and did not effectively heat the room and made too much noise to sleep with it on. Good hotel for the summer but do not stay here in the winter.

Pros:

It was a convenient spot for a business trip. The coffee club across the road was handy.
The gym at the hotel (standard hotel gym) had the best views while on the treadmill.
