Buffet breakfast was about the only thing we enjoyed about this stay.
Gym facility mediocre.
That the photos of the rooms you see on Booking.com are NOT the rooms you will necessarily get.
Coffee machine did not work, Front desk said they would replace with another and that never came it was the same broken coffee machine, in addition the pods we wasted for the broken coffee machine weren't replaced so no coffee. Couldn't order coffees from downstairs in the early morning (5am) had to walk down to Dome to get a coffee.
Bathroom dr closes onto the toilet seat so you actually have to move close to the shower door to close it.
Facilities felt run down old and cold apart from the Breakfast and Eating areas. Carpets in the Lobby are horrible and need to be binned immediately.
Nice place bed a bit hard but other than that is was clean nice and quiet and close to everything

A/C was very noisy, bathroom in early stages of decay and showing signs of old age.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, proximity to cafes and restaurants was excellent. Parking location was convenient. Housekeeping was excellent.
Coffee and tea supplies in the room were minimal, bathroom was a bit dated (shower over bath), furniture was a bit basic and only styled for one person. Parking app didn’t work first time. Lift signage could have been better as not all lifts went down to the car park levels.
The book in at reception was excellent. We arrived before check in time ,but was allocated our room 😁

For one, no water in the room and being told it’s available for me to go down to reception to collect myself.
