Pros:

The staff with very lovely at the premises and they had a really good range of gluten and dairy free breakfast

Cons:

I’ve already emailed them with pictures of how dirty it was with pubic hair and other hair in the shower all up the walls on the vanity and the floor. It had clearly not been cleaned before I went in. I’ve emailed them and have received no response.

Comfortable and Value for Money
Pros:

The hotel staff were most friendly and accomodating. I was happy to enjoy an upgrade for the night. The room was equipt and clean. The bed and pillows nice and comfy.

Cons:

Not that I didnt like but just that it is older style but obviously reflected in price. Room was cold due to old heating system but a small floor heater was provided

A Dated Hotel with Excellent Staff
Pros:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Cons:

Overall, the hotel is quite dated, so it wasn't particularly comfortable or modern. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the breakfast was just average. However, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay much more enjoyable.

A very pleasant experience, thank you.
Pros:

Friendly staff, simple and easy check in and out. Great breakfast buffet. Conference room was good, but could be quite noisy behind the staff only doors with banging - possibly trolleys moving about?

Cons:

Car park was a little cramped but not much can be done about that. Drive into carpark filled with workers/tradies cars and ute's making it a tight squeeze.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

We were upgraded to the Executive suite when the Junior Suite was not available. Cheese platter, wine, brownies and overnight parking were provided as compensation. This was very welcomed. Thank-you to the Assistant Manager, Ali.

Cons:

The bathroom decor was a bit dated.
