Cons:

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it took ages to check-in. Not a good experience
Shower was dirty and issues with the toilet flushing. We could here house from the room above us most of the night which made it hard to sleep
We were offered late check-oit but decided not to take it aa we just wanted to leave

When I asked for bottled water was told they don’t supply, little things like no toothbrush or paste, just bland very very bland .
