Pros:

The environnent waa great

Cons:

No bin in other areas and no milk in fridge to use when i wanted to drink hit tea and coffee.

OVERALL A COMFORTABLE STAY AND WE WILL USE THE PREMISES AGAIN.

FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.
SECURE PARKING WAS VERY GOOD (BUT A BIT ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE)
FLOOR AND ROOM SECURITY WAS VERY GOOD.
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED COMFORTABLE.
I MADE A REQUEST TO THE STAFF WHEN i ARRIVED TO SEE IFI COULD POSSIBLY HAVE A ROOM FACING THE RIVER - HE MADE IT HAPPEN

A COUPLE OF COMLIMENTRY BOTTLES OF WATER IN THE FRIDGE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED DURING THE NIGHT.
THE RUBBISH BIN IN THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A BIN LINER IN IT.
WE FELT THAT THE BREAKFAST WAS A BIT LIMITED IN THEIR HOT FOOD SECTION AND EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE CONSUMED, WHICH WAS A SIMILAR AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT WE WOULD HAVE AT HOME.

Pros:

I like the breakfast. BUT, the pastries served at breakfast were from COSTCO which I felt cheated.

Cons:

The bed have squeeky sound when I sat on it. The air-conditioning system is old. The toilet and taps were still the old school turning ones. I felt time kinda frozen in the 90s and never progressed since. There was also bathrobe, no shower cap, no mineral water for guest. The carpet in the room wasn't smooth out. There were also no bedroom slippers for guest. The shower gel was very drying to the skin. The lamps in the room were quite apparent that they were make shift ones from IKEA. The lift card system is also too old school. So I am really wondering why this can be rated a 4-Star hotel.
