Bathrooms were a bit dated and refill of the complementary soaps wasn’t the best as my body wash was empty upon arrival and after cleaning service ;), also cleaners took my second card which was left in the card switch 🤙

The very slow checkin procedure, long queue at checkin and they only manned 2 of the 3 checkin terminals the endless queues for the lifts and not being able to use the stairs ? Pretty much all guests were complaining wont bother booking again
Location and parking
For the price - very old and tired rooms. Dirty and no luggage trolleys available. Shower inside a bath - dangerous and fan in bathroom could not clear the steam. Noisey. Probably wont stay again
