Séjour relaxant et chic
Pros:

Très bel endroit pour relaxer. L'hôtel est rempli d'antiquités, c'est beau, c'est chic. Excellent petit-déjeuner, excellent service. Belle escalade en montagne à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Personnel attentif et affable.

Dog Friendly! Nice large grounds to walk the dog.

Cons:

It bothered me that there was only a night table on one side of the bed (if you are a couple) Had to place my phone and glasses on the floor.

Nice stay in a beautiful property-there is some room for improvement
Pros:

We liked our room, which was ample and had an electric chimney, overlooking the lake. The spa was beautiful, with a hot tub the size of a small pool, overlooking the beautiful garden. The property is very stately and interesting, we enjoyed the different areas to sit down and relax, and the grounds are very well-entertained, manicured almost.

Cons:

We have stayed at other R&C properties before, and this was the first one with no wind-down evening room service offered. This should be a must for a truly luxury stay. Also, the restaurant menu was a bit overpriced. Finally, we forgot the charging cable for our iphone, and there was none available for us to borrow (a staff member kindly plugged it with theirs for a while).

Pros:

Un séjour très agréable au manoir, chambre et lit confortable avec tout le nécessaire.
Piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, bain froid et hammam tout à l'extérieur, très relaxant dans un joli environnement.

Cons:

Beau charme intérieur mais une partie de l'extérieur dénote un peu avec le cadre.
Service à améliorer, 3 serveurs viennent nous demander la même chose, on ressent la tension entre les employés.
Odeur forte de canalisation dans la salle de bain.
Prix très élevé pour ces petits défauts.

Magnifique et confortable!
Pros:

Accueil vraiment sensationnel avec Caroline qui nous fait une belle visite pour découvrir ce magnifique manoir. Le lieu est vraiment très beau, confortable et tranquille.

Almost perfect..but lighting needs to be fixed, at least in our spacious room.

Beautifully landscaped, sublime setting, stunning remake of a century-old manor.

Cons:

Only complaint is poor lighting in our room. No bedside lamps, very dim lighting in the bathroom—impossible to out on makeup. That defect really undermined the stay.
