On s'est fait gâter!
Pros:

Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil et dévoué. L'endroit est bien situé et décoré avec goût.L'aspect historique du bâtiment lui confère une dimension intéressante. La nourriture est sublime.

Cons:

Les installations du spa, le sauna finlandais ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avons séjourné ma femme et moi au StoneHaven Sainte-Agathe, et ce fut une expérience absolument mémorable.
Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été d’un niveau rare. Un immense merci à la dame marocaine du desk — son professionnalisme, sa chaleur humaine et son sens du service ont donné le ton à tout notre séjour. Elle a su nous mettre à l’aise immédiatement, avec une attention sincère et un souci du détail qui font toute la différence. Un véritable accueil de haute qualité.
Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique : le manoir, la vue sur le lac des Sables et le paysage environnant créent une atmosphère paisible et romantique, parfaite pour une escapade en couple. On se sent coupé du monde, enveloppé par la nature et le calme des Laurentides.
Côté gastronomie, la table du StoneHaven est remarquable. Des plats fins, bien présentés, savoureux et recherchés — on sent le travail du chef et la qualité des ingrédients. Chaque repas a été un moment en soi.
Le spa et le sauna complètent parfaitement l’expérience : détente totale, ambiance soignée, propreté impeccable et vue splendide sur le lac. C’est l’endroit idéal pour ralentir, respirer et se reconnecter.
Bref, un séjour à la hauteur de la réputation de Relais & Châteaux — élégant, intime et profondément ressourçant. Nous repartons conquis et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Che era “antica” vicino a complessi sciistici completamente costruiti da zero senza un minimo di storia tipo centri commerciali

Pros:

The setting is beautiful and the public areas are nice. The rooms are fine, but missing the small details of a typical R&C. Staff were nice, but were often not available to help, for example with taking bags to the room.

Cons:

The property seems understaff. Service js slow at breakfast, no one at front desk often and no one to help take bags to/from room that was in another building.
