It was clean, welcoming and all-inclusive.
Location. Breakfast was good.
Carpets are awful. Cot was not ready in the room, even though it was noted and paid in advance. Ask for toiletries second night, didn't get them. Leaks from the roof in the pool and lobby. Old musty smell in the halls. Pictures online didn't reflect the actual room. Concrete at water slide base is falling apart, probably needs to be scanned and inspected for structural integrity. The water in the pool stank. No hottub even though I believe online its advertised it has one.
Needs renovations. Will not stay again.
Good location, reasonably priced food specials in restaurant
Rooms were dated and worn, no housekeeping in the 3 nights we were there except some fresh towels, loud music playing in waterpark kept me up all night, a/c didn’t work so room was stuffy and too warm.

Room was kind of dusty
The location for us was very convenient and the breakfast was nice.
It was a little loud and I wish the desk clerk was a bit more informative. We had to ask for everything, directions to our room, parking rules, access to the pool, where breakfast was to be served, etc.
The pool is nice when traveling with children but looked very outdated
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was very dated and appeared poorly maintained. There were several signs of sloppy workmanship, including messy caulking in the bathroom, cracked walls, and a bathroom fan that didn’t work.
The room had three different types of flooring, which made it feel pieced together rather than updated. Although the carpets were dark in color, they looked and felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
The bed was another letdown. It had a noticeable dip in the mattress from years of use, making it uncomfortable, and it was much too firm for a restful night’s sleep.

Easy access off highway. Quiet . Staff friendly.
Convenient stop off the highway. Has a good restaurant and attached to a casino with a lounge which is nice and convenient .
Would be nice to have ice machine on each floor.
Great location
Room Needs a lot of improvements. Air conditioner blowing in my face all nice, window coverings didn’t even cover the windows and quilt was too hot for summer. This was not a typical experience at this hotel.
We stayed in suite, room was large with a very large bathroom including standing double showerheads.
The staff were challenging to work with at the front desk. We phoned ahead to request that our room was close to our aging parents room. They confirmed on phone that it was. We also requested early check in, which was granted. When we arrived from the airport (flew in from Vancouver) no early check was permitted, rooms were in separate towers, front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it.
