Great location. We have been here before.
The mattresses were not very comfortable. One had a large dip in it.

Construction on first floor . Cant re enter side doors. Breakfast was really good but never changes. NO MICROWAVES in rooms. No freezers and mini fridge barely holds anything. Have to go to 3rd floor for ice.

Bed was comfortable. I can't say how happy I was to have a bed I could easily get into. Most places have extraordinarily high beds making it difficult to get into.

I didn’t catch her name but the girl who registered us at around 3 pm was the kindest sweetest girl I have eVer encountered at the reception desk!!!!! Don’t ever let her go!!!!!!
The room was wonderful, updated, King bed, couch.
I heated up some food from a nice restaurant in the microwave near the lobby. I then used a plate to place my food on and used a fork. Staff were hanging out talking behind the front desk and dis not like it that I used the microwave, plate and fork. Later, the manager was upset because I went to the front desk to ask about ice. I was with a very large group, and we paid a ton of money to stay there. So, the attitudes were at least unfair and I believe completely inappropriate.

Room had two queens and sofa bed
Tv was local channels and Had to pay for movies,
Pool was outdoors and was closed for season.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable.
Very clean, very well run and staff was friendly and very helpful especially Anette at the front desk.
Only thing and it was minor was waiting for the water to heat up in the shower but the rest of my stay was exemplary.
