Pros:

Staff was good, hotel a bit dated but was clean. Room was spacious a had just the right number of amenities. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Need a little touch up paint here and there but overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

Pros:

The room was quiet, very comfortable, and we appreciated the lovely, comfortable set up of it.
The night staff were very genuine and very apologetic for the lobby chaos. We appreciated them.

Cons:

The construction stuff clogging up the park lot and having to park across the street in the "over flow parking".
I couldn't get into the lobby because it was almost 11pm so the doors have to be opened by staff. The lobby was full of loud adults watching a basketball game and drinking adult beverages. The night staff was very apologetic and tried their best to get me checked in as fast as possible.
The morning checkout woman was more interested in her phone than in being helpful to us. We were not impressed by her lack of caring.

It was uncomfortable and dirty. I ended up sleeping on the couch cause my bed had hair in it.

Needs some renovation
Pros:

I had a medical procedure and needed 48 hours of bed rest. I chose Hyatt, the hotel is under reconstruction, and I was placed on the 2nd floor, severely medicated, but heard hammering noise all day up to 7:30 pm. I called the front desk at 3 pm and again at 5 pm. I was told they would be working until 7 pm and that she would tell the construction workers to quiet down.

Blackout curtains torn and broken don't really keep out the light.

Construction started again that morning at 8 am, with pounding and banging overhead.
The sinks in my room did not have hot water.
3 of the major channels did not work on the TV, and it was an old TV that you could not use apps or mirroring. Breakfast was mediocre; the French toast bread was hard, and the potatoes were hard, too.

Cons:

Inform guests that the hotel is under construction and that workers will be on-site at all hours.
Move the guest away from the construction. Be mindful when customers tell you something isn't working.
