Pool looked nice, didn’t use it.

I stayed here many times when I need to stop at Irving Area
Great location and appreciated that they had gated parking for those not coming in on an airport shuttle. I like the set up to the rooms and it was super quiet.
I wish the pool stayed open a little later like 10/10:30, it is open from 9 am to 9 pm. Also for some random reason our second set of towels were NOT soft they were hard and scratchy.
We loved the games, the video games at the pizza place, that there were 2 restaurants, the cleaniliness
We wished the pool was warmer. We could only stand it for about 15 minutes because it was so cold.
Very large twin bed room, quiet, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Shuttle on time. Did not use any of the other facilities as only there overnight. Very close to airport. Good communication beforehand.
main lighting was poor for reading, needed the bedside light to be on. Admittedly we are older so eyesight needs more light. Also corridors felt too cold.

Zimmer groß aber alt insbesondere der Teppichboden - sehr kleines Badezimmer ohne barrierefreie Dusche (Badewanne)
wir sind spät am Abend angekommen und wollten betreffend dem Flughafenshuttle nachfragen - Hotel war nicht erreichbar, es lief dauernd ein Tonband. Personal an Rezeption beim Check in eher unfreundlich

I liked the layout, easy to find and get to the rooms.
Management is very unhelpful, they gave us a bad key and would not resolve it. Shower had no water pressure, toilet barely flushed, could not get the “free” breakfast that was promised when we paid. Also could not get room service that was offered. Hotel room seemed very outdated.
