L accueil de l equipe

Cons:

On nous a mis dans une chambre hyper bruyante près des ascenseurs. Sans exagère le bruit était quasi continu.
On a pu nous changer de chambre que pour la nuit suivante.
Il n y a même pas un frigo dans les chambres..
On est très proche de l autoroute.
L isolation des fenêtres est vs une autre époque.
Il serait temps de pouvoir rénover cette hôtel.

Belle hôtel
Pros:

Hotel propre et confortable. Proche des outlets à pieds 5minutes. Personnel très accueillant et cookies de bienvenue. Petite panière en chambre avec sucre et salé.

The doible charge ruined my experience,
Pros:

At first all went good, reception staff and housekeeping staff, in general a good experience

Cons:

I reserved through BOOKING app and like I could pay at the facility so I did the regular process and paid with a card in order to check in and get the room, BUT then the facility charged me again when I checked out the card that I have in BOOKING for reservations, so now I have two charges for my stay and I have to go all the problems with the facility and Booking to get my money back

My stay was okay, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

Honestly nothing was impressive about the hotel. It was just another regular hotel. The only thing I like is that we were able to check in one hour before and the room was ready.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows and also to the sheets had a weird smell, the headboard of the bed was not clean. I had higher expectations for a Doubletree hotel. I will not stay here again.

Buena relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Hotel ubicado justo a la salida/entrada del fwy 5, y comparte estacionamiento con un centro comercial.

Cons:

Limpieza de la alfomra la cual olía mucho. El wifi fallaba constantemente y fue imposible conectarse a internet.
