Everything
The two nights of our stay were very good! The first night we had a major power outage. I want to give a special shout out and kudos to Jose from the front desk and all the other staff who kept everyone calm, informed, and down to earth that things were being taken care of as quick as possible. Great job yall! Only thing I would Say is windows need to be updated. Can hear everything outside going on.
Jesse was really friendly and super nice.
Always with a big smile.
The restaurant servers they been super professional.
The other two guys (I dint ask they name) they need more training about how to talk with the customers, bad experience doing the check in(they ask for physical card to finish the check in,the problem here is I was there for business reasons and I didn’t have the company card with me because my dad was in Texas and the other card was in Florida so I didn’t had a card with me,I end up calling my dad at 11 pm and we end up having bad time after my dad is a Diamond and he got all the information because my dad pay the room for 6 days, also that gut didn’t explain to us we have a 18 dollars credit on food or drinks.
Jesse help us with all our questions and he made my visit in this hotel better.
Jesse 10/10
The other two young guys 4 /10

Nothing
We had a lovely time at Double Tree Commerce. Jesse was super helpful and friendly. He did an amazing job accommodating us and helping us during our stay. Location is so convenient and will definitely come back again!
Great customer service. 10/10 will come back again!
I booked two adjoining rooms for my wife and I in the first, and my daughter and two grandchildren in the second, expecting to be able to spend time with our grandchildren. When we checked in after a long day of travel, however, our daughter's room had a strong chemical odor that was very annoying to them. They needed to change rooms, and were offered another on a different floor. The manager suggested that there would be an upgrade charge for the change, which was very ungracious considering that the room we had booked was unusable due to the odor. (Ultimately we were not charged more, but the inconvenience should have resulted in an apology and a credit at least, and not the threat of an additional charge.) Unfortunately, that was not the only issue with our brief stay. We looked forward to using the spa (hot tub), but when we arrived at the pool area first thing in the morning on Saturday, the water was murky, dirty green, and the temperature was lukewarm. Running the spa jets for three 15-minute sessions did not improve either the water quality or the temperature. I then reported the problem to the front desk, and I was told they would let maintenance know about it. We remained in the pool area until mid-afternoon, and no one came to even look at the spa, much less correct the situation that made it unusable. Later that evening, when we returned from a wedding event that was the reason for our travel to LA, I checked on the spa again, and saw that its condition was unchanged. There was also no sign posted indicating that anyone had even looked at it. Disappointing that a full working day had come and gone with no action on my report of a problem. Needless to say, when travel brings us back to the LA area, we will find another property for our stay. This hotel did not meet our expectations in any way, nor justify the nightly rate charged.
