Godt hotel tæt på LAX og shopping
Pros:

Hotellet var rent og pænt, hyggeligt med en god restaurant og bar. Pool området lå beskyttet i hotel gården. I gå afstand til Citadel outlet med fine shopping muligheder.

Bed was pretty comfortable. Rooms were a good size. I found it to be quiet.

Cons:

Shower nozzle had some mold on it and the shower head leaked a little.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Jesse and Jose were very friendly and helpful. We were Welcomed right away as we walked in to the lobby. It’s such a pleasure staying where we feel comfortable.

BEST experience for my business trip!!!
Pros:

I had the best experience when checking in! Jesse at the front desk is the ABSOLUTE best! He made it fun and such an easy time checking in for my business trip! He went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable, knew where everything was, and offered to give me directions to my training site location! I was so grateful and impressed with the experience he provided, that I will be making this my go to hotel every time I come to Southern California! And not to mention the hotel is super clean, beautiful and in the perfect area! Thank you Jesse for such an awesome experience and over the top hospitality!

Peaceful stay.
Pros:

It was great! Jesse at the front desk was wonderful. I was starving after a 4.5 hour drive and sat in LA traffic for nearly 2 hours. He happily handed me two WARM cookies upon arrival which I ate immediately. The overnight stay was great. Amazing ambiance, quiet rooms. No complaints!

A beautiful stay in a good spot and hosted by lovely people. Would 100% come back!
Pros:

The staff were beautiful people and a very central location.

Cons:

The amenities seemed a little out dated. Particularly the shower tap in the bathroom.
