The lady that checked us in upon arrival was rude and short with us when she found out that we had booked our room on Bo

Location was close to everything we enjoyed.

Cons:

One of the elevators stopped working which trapped three of the companies cleaning staff inside for five minutes and they could be heard
cursing loudly enough we could hear them down the hall. Both of the elevators had a current inspection sticker dated July 2026. They closed the elevator and posted a sign for the other one limiting it to 4 people at a time. They also posted a sign on our 4th floor emergency stair way “Closed don’t use”. The bathroom sink faucet was turned sideways and the water barely drained into the sink. The side entrance into the building had the laundry room dryer exhaust blowing hot air onto the side walk that you had to walk through. The edge of the pool all the way around had been coated with some kind of red primer to hide all the rust. All the inside room doors were all scratched up and our door handle wouldn’t open unless you turned the knob upwards. The two lamps between our beds kept flickering the whole time they were turned on, so we had to turn them off.

Pros:

The last few times we stayed in the cheapest hotels we could find. We did not have good experiences,so we decided to try Hampton Inn and we were not disappointed at all, this location is very good. It's very quiet because it's not right on a highway. The pool was really nice, bigger than most hotel pools, everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good and included grits,eggs, sausage , French toast and a lot of other things. It was worth the extra money for feeling safe, comfortable and having such a good breakfast. I will definitely stay in a Hampton Inn again.

Don't Stay Here
Pros:

This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in!!!! From start to finish!! There were no luggage carts available!! No one even cared about helping me find one. The back entrance door was not functioning! There was a stick keeping it open all night!!! The room was absoutley horrible and nasty. Looked like blood and feces on the wall in the corner near the bed. The ceilings in the room and bathroom were stained and falling down. The shower was discusting. Mold and mildew all around the bottom and it leaked out onto the floor. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. The odor in the room would take your breath!! Had it not been so late we would have tried to find somewhere else to stay. This hotel should be condemned !!!!!

Staff was excellent

Cons:

older hotel that really needs renovating. Beds too high. Our bathtub was dirty,there was a very distinct gray ring around the tub.
