Pros:

This hotel was close to everything to do in stone mountain. Clean room and comfy beds

Cons:

There was not a towel mat for getting out of shower, had to use a hand towel. And there was not any trash can liners for room trash cans.

Pros:

Hotel location was good for stone mountain and. Not to far from Atlanta. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Wish I had a king bed with sofa. Liked if desk was not in front of the air unit when air was on to cold to work sitting in the desk. Pricey but I guess its the area. This hotel was the expensive one from my trip

I liked the cold air conditioner and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hallways smelled like pot and there was an issue with rooms at beginning but that was sorted out.

Appreciated the helpfulness from the Front Desk Staff member. He changed our room when we discovered that our first room had a leaking air conditioner.

Cons:

the Hotel is in need of updating. Because of the age and the rooms and the carpets everything look dingy.

Pros:

The free breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Elevators, only one working. Stairwell door to go up was locked. Cleaning staff in the afternoon were extremely loud and letting doors slamp behind them. This made it extremely irritating while attempting to take a nap at around 2:30pm. I thought there was customers arguing and slamming doors but when I went out into the hallway to see what the heck was going on. Found that it was the staff. Needless to say I did not get a nap.

We liked breakfast

Cons:

We were assigned different floors, instead of same floor..That was not acceptable. The elevators were not working some of the time. Had a 12pm check out. 2 housekeepers knocked on door. One lady just opened the door, not giving me time for a 1 knock. Not courteous and it made me upset, so I went ahead and checked out. The hotel put a temp hold on my card for 164.00...and for what?
