We had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Jaleesa at the front desk was so very helpful and Jackie kept the breakfast stocked. The entire staff was so accommodating. We will definitely stay there again. Also, they allow dogs.

I would also like to recognize JOHAN, the Housekeeping Manager, SILVIA and AMANDA for doing an outstanding job. The housekeeping service was exceptional, and my room was spotless every day. The attention to detail, cleanliness, fresh linens, and overall presentation truly exceeded my expectations.
The entire staff made me feel valued, and it is clear that they take great pride in providing excellent customer service. If you're looking for a hotel with friendly employees, immaculate rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, this is the place to stay.

My stay was so relaxing. I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good as well. lots of selections and fresh fruit was a plus. I thought the housekeeping staff was so polite and nice. I had the opportunity to speak with the housekeeping supervising staff, Johan, Silvia and I believe her name is Amanda, they were explaining how the stayover service routines work because I had a question about service I was supposed to be getting later on that day. Very helpful and sociable. My overall stay experience was delightful. Thank you, I will be back soon!

black gunk coming out of the bathroom sink everytime you turned the faucet on. Bathroom was old and most everything need replacing. Faucet would not turn off. Had to brush my teeth with bottled water.

I think plumbing needs to be looked at the toilet diet flush right and the area from the shower ended up at over the floor may need one of those guards
I had the pleasure of attending a wedding reception at this hotel, and the entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled with care, helping create a memorable celebration for everyone in attendance.
I especially want to recognize Duane for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and was always available to assist with anything that was needed. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help played a huge role in making the event a success.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a special event or celebration!
Breakfast
A drunk guest pulling the fire alarm at 1:30 am and having all of us to stand outside until the fire department gave an okay to go back in. The bathroom was tired and needs remodeling. TV cable at this location was not user friendly. Probably one of the worst Hampton Inn’s we ever stayed in.
