Muy limpio, instalaciones en buen estado, personal educado, ubicación muy buena. La habitación es pequeña pero para lo que estás en la habitación no lo considero un problema.Te dan botellas de cristal al llegar que puedes rellenar con agua fresca o con gas además de poder usar cafetera e infusiones. Volvería a ir.
No se podía apagar el aire acondicionado, solo regular la temperatura. La cama aunque muy cómoda lleva un edredón que da calor, fui en agosto, no hay opción de usar solo sábana.

Posizione centrale vicino a Notre-Dame. Abbastanza pulito e silenzioso. Reception h24.
Camera decisamente troppo piccola, nonostante la prenotazione di metratura più ampia. Addebitano i costi della stanza ancora prima di arrivare in struttura e, appena arrivi, anche tutte le tasse di soggiorno, che in genere si calcolano a fine permanenza.

Very friendly service from everyone we encountered. Excellent location with plenty to see and do locally. A great base.
The location was close to the metro station and the Seine River. The rooms were small, but we only used the rooms to sleep so it was perfect. The breakfast was a buffet style, and it was "ok" for the price.
I can't think of anything we disliked.
We had a great stay here and would happily come back. The location is excellent, you’re within easy reach of all the major sights, and the neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe, which made coming back in the evening very pleasant.
A lot of reviews mention the rooms being small, but honestly it worked perfectly for us. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning cooled the room really well and you can adjust it or turn it off completely.
The service is what makes this place stand out. The staff are attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful, whatever we asked at reception, they sorted it out for us. We arrived before check-in and they let us leave our luggage, and even let us change in the toilet while the room was still being prepared.
The breakfast is the real highlight. Everything was delicious, with plenty of choice between savoury and sweet options. On top of that, there’s tea, coffee, and water available downstairs at any time, free of charge.
