Hotel war mal gut - jetzt durch Sparmaßnahmen nicht mehr zu empfehlen
Cons:

-Zimmer am Dach mit den Klimaanlagen - sehr laut
-Handtüchertausch / Zimmerpflege nicht automatisch ausgeführt.
-kein persönlicher Empfang nur ein Automat- kein wertschätzendes Willkommen
- wiederholte Dateneingabe im Automat, obwohl bei Buchung bereits angegeben
- andere Gäste können meine personenbezogenen Daten einsehen - kein Sichtschutz

Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt, egal ob mit dem Auto, Bahn, ÖPNV oder zu Fuß. Die "Privilege"-Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, großzügig und sauber. Toller Blick aus den oberen Etagen über die Stadt und das Revier.

Cons:

Das in der Fotogalerie auf Booking gezeigte Restaurant ist geschlossen. Die Bar bietet mäßige TK-Pizza. Aber was soll's, man ist mitten in der City.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß, die Zutaten aber von geringer Qualität. Butter wird nicht gekühlt und daher sehr weich. Marmeladen nicht beschriftet. Bis auf die Kirschmarmelde lässt sich der künstliche Geschmack auch schwer einer Frucht zuordnen. Wenig Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen und keines davon wirklich gut. Der (Automaten-)Kaffee ist aber besserer Durchschnitt.
Die Internetverbindung bricht (über WLAN) regelmäßig ab.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Check in und check out nur über App oder Automaten möglich .
Frühstück über 1std wurde nichts abgeräumt und nichts aufgefüllt obwohl es 9uhr war. Keine Zimmer Reinigung.
Sauberkeit na ja.

Guter Komfort mit Abstrichen

Schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal.

Komplizierter Checkin-Terminal
Zimmer direkt an einer Lüftung, die unglaublich Krach gemacht hat (auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr störend), in zwei Zimmern zwei nicht zu verschiebende Einzelbetten, Wechselwunsch nicht möglich.
