Pros:

Zimmer war super . Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Mit den Öffentlichen kommt man überall hin.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat eine Wanne ,es war schwer rein und rauszukommen. Der Duschkopf war zu hart vom Wasserdruck. Ein weicherer Duschkopf wäre besser bzw. ein zum verstellen . Das Frühstück war ok. Vielleicht sollte man sich überlegen, die Butter nicht am Stück anzubieten,sondern einzeln. So lässt es sich besser portionieren (ein Vorschlag). Der Rest war gut.

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichneter Service. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend und die Pizza im Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Wirksamkeit der Klimaanlage ist nicht ausreichend.

Hotel zentral und OK, in puncto Service Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, das Bad ausreichend groß (und nicht "mini" wie heute üblich), die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück ok - auch das WLAN ist ok

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer war der Fernseher nicht in Ordnung: Mitten im Bildschirm war eine lästige Fehlermeldung, die mit der Konfiguration des Gerätes zu tun hat und von mir nicht "wegklickbar" war - zudem war die Fernbedienung nur noch teilweise funktionierend. Dies hatte ich am Vormittag bei der Rezeption angemerkt und um Abhilfe gebeten - passiert ist gar nichts....
Zudem hat das Hotel auf einen "Mitarbeiterfreien" Checkin / Checkout umgestellt. Trotz der Aussage in der App, dass die Rechnung am Checkout Tag bis 14h per email automatisch zugestellt wird, musste ich die Rechnung manuell anfordern.
