Enttäuschend, Hotel wirbt mit unwahren Behauptungen
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage. Sehr engagiertes Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Kaffee ist auch gut gewesen.

Cons:

Mercure und auch Booking com werben mit einer Klimaanlage. Diese ist nicht vorhanden, es handelt sich um eine Lüftungsautomatik. In den heissen Juni Tagen war es im Zimmer total überhitzt.
Bei der Reklamation zeigte sich das Managemant ist total überfordert, leider mit takischem Verhältnis zur Wahrheit.

Das Hotel ist gut, Services na ja.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und es braucht nur wenige Schritte, um in der Stadtmitte anzukommen. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Ich war drei Nächte dort. In dieser Zeit gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Als ich beim Auschecken danach fragte, sagte die Dame, man müsse das als Gast beim Ankommen anzeigen. Ich kommentierte dann, dass dann das Hotel diese Tatsache bei der Ankunft doch erwähnen muss, denn woher soll ich denn wissen, dass das so ist. Außerdem stellt das Hotel auf einen Self-Check in um. 😕 Das Hotel wird immer teurer und der Gast muss ran und Servicearbeiten übernehmen. Sehr kritisch.

Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Die duschbadewanne war für mich persönlich bei etwas zu niedrig. Sie hat mir natürlich auch gut gefallen.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu dem Nahverkehr. Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber!

Cons:

Ich würde einen Wassserkocher in die Zimmer stellen statt nur einer Kaffeemaschine, gibt ja auch Tee trinken Menschen.
Leider sind die Preise für die Snackbar usw unten im Foyer viel zu teuer .
