The hotel was beautiful! The room and views are hard to beat. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We loved every recommendation the concierge provided as well, they were so helpful! The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. Loved our stay so much, can’t wait to go back!
We had such a great experience at Hotel Lungarno!
Our room was clean and well attended to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh, daily. And you just can’t beat the location, in fact many, many vacationers stop by to have their picture taken from the property with the Ponte Vecchio bridge in the background!
We were particularly well taken care of by the Bell staff, as we were traveling for 3 weeks and had tons of luggage.
Belar was fantastic and so was every member of the staff.
What a beautiful property!! Loved everything about this hotel. Very welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect for roaming the city. We loved our spacious room overlooking the Arno and Ponte Vecchio! Stunning sunsets from our balcony.
Every staff member was not only professional but attentive, gracious, knowledgeable and personable.
We plan on visiting Florence again and will definitely arrange to stay at Hotel Lungarno again!
Gorgeous hotel, amazing location and wonderful, friendly staff.the doormen were the nicest people, as was the head bartender. Fantastic breakfast daily. Lovely cocktails in the evening.
The gym was a terrible and pokey gym. Advertised as state of the art, it was hardly that. And only space for one person to work out. Also, it’s so small and stuffy that if you go in directly after someone’s been working out, the smell is quite putrid. For such a lovely hotel with thoughtful amenities, I wish they would pay more attention to the workout facilitiy.
Outstanding service from everyone at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Our room did not have the outlet adapter the hotel said would be in the nightstand. When I asked the front desk for one, I was repeatedly told to check the nightstand, even after I explained that I already had. The front desk insisted on coming to the room to verify it, which made me uncomfortable.
As a result, I spent over an hour searching Florence for an adapter and eventually bought one myself. Later, when my husband had an Italian friend call the hotel, they delivered an adapter immediately with no problem.
I am a visible minority, and the difference in how I was treated was upsetting and made me question whether bias played a role.
Our stay at Hotel Lungarno was nothing short of magical. The entire experience felt sophisticated, elegant, and effortlessly luxurious from the moment we arrived.
The staff was absolutely outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every detail perfect. They elevated the stay in a way that truly sets this hotel apart.
The restaurant is simply unforgettable. Dining on the terrace with direct views of the Ponte Vecchio is an experience that’s impossible to match—romantic, refined, and breathtaking.
This is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. I wouldn’t think twice about returning.
The location was outstanding, the doorman and consierge were great. The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms had very nice linens and such.
Our hotel room had a sewage odor that was pretty rough. Bed mattress very hard.
It was very hard to get waiters attention both mornings for coffee but the buffet was wonderful.
Absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful, spacious, luxurious. Kitchen was great- we went to the grocery store and bought staples and had breakfast in our apartment each morning.
Concierge was always helpful via WhatsApp- answering questions, recommendations, reservations etc.
Perfect location. One of our favorite hotels!
We loved the hotel! Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Great walking area right next to the Ponte Vecchio
Excelent location. Service was top tier. Highly recommend the hotel. Could not ask for anything more. Staff was great and the room was spectacular.
Great Location and comfortable bed!
Fantastic Hotel. Couldn't recommend it more. Staff was incredibly polite and quick to solve any issues (we didn't have many at all). Proximity to River Arno was beautiful. Walking distance to any place of interests. Surrounded by great food, cafe's, galleries and Museums.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location, staff and hospitality were all top notch
The Lungarno is one of our very favorite hotels. It has everything going for it: perfect location in a beautiful city, lovely rooms, and a charming, efficient staff whose only interest seemed to be making us happy. We can't wait to come back.
Excellent property with great family and large suite options. Location excellent, service excellent. Bar, restaurant and staff all wonderful. Great breakfast. Perfect experience.
La localisation extra à deux pas du pont Vecchio, la vue aussi sur le fleuve et le pont .
Je souhaite remercier zacharia à la réception qui a été adorable et très serviable. Merci beaucoup.

We loved every second of our stay in this beautiful traditional hotel in Firenze. Careful attention to detail is in everything you experience here. The decor, the service, the food and the incredible view. It was the perfect location for us to explore all that Florence has to offer.
Our stay at the Hotel Lungarno was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. We were there for a special wedding anniversary and the entire staff made us feel welcome and special. From the welcoming check-in experience, to a lovely concierge team with outstanding restaurant recommendations and assistance in making reservations, to the very kind women in the breakfast room, to the impecable housekeeping staff — everyone was top notch. And we sincerely appreciated small, generous touches such as chocolates in out room. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
