Gosto de hotel bonito. O Lungarno é lindo. Quarto 103 em mármore branco. Sobre o rio Arno, praticamente. Vista da Ponte Vecchio. Maravilhoso. Tudo funcionando. Café da manhã excelente.

Pros:

Stunning hotel, stunning views and amazing staff. Really helpful with booking reservations for dinners and taxis. Rooms were ready on time and were really accommodating with late check outs. Highly recommend.

A lovely holiday in Florence in January
Pros:

The Hotel Lungarno is perfectly situated to enjoy Florence on foot. It is a beautiful hotel in every way. Well-appointed rooms with a feel of Italian luxury at its finest, a welcoming staff to accommodate all of your needs, and delicious food (especially the pizza!) at any time you desire. We will be back!

First Class Service and Accomodations
Pros:

From the minute we arrived on property it was first class service! The Hotel Lungarno surpassed all of our expectations. The staff was welcoming and the check in reception process was specialized with many delightful amenities. The location, views of the arno and Ponte Vecchio were spectacular. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury! The guest rooms are beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and the cocktails were splendid! Everyone on staff went out of their way to ensure our needs were met with displays of exceptional hospitality.

Luxury at its Finest
Pros:

I spent four nights at the Hotel Lungarno (12/30 to 1/3) with my wife and my two children (21 and 26). We all had a fantastic stay. Florence is a wonderful city, and no matter where you stay, it would be a struggle to have a bad time. My wife and I are avid travelers and always try to post honest reviews, with some being harder than others. This review is an easy one. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. We stayed in the Rooftop Terrace Suite, which was spectacular, especially for watching the fireworks. The hotel was centrally located, right on the Arno River and adjacent to the Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance to just about everything. The restaurant and bar in the Hotel were great. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They did everything with a smile and went above and beyond what was in their job description. We rarely return to a hotel, but based on my experience at the Lungarno, we will definitely be back.

¡Gran calidad, para regresar y seguir disfrutando!

Sobresalen varias cosas, el personal amable, el día de la llegada, Phillipo, quien estaba en el desk para el check in nos recibió y atendió muy bien. Nos dio recomendaciones del hotel, de los lugares clave de la zona. La ubicación es inigualable. El desayuno muy destacable. Sin duda, regresaríamos.

Best hotel and location!
Pros:

This hotel was the highlight of our Italy trip. The location is perfect, centrally located and walkable with gorgeous views of the river. We were provided an upgrade to what was probably the biggest and most beautiful room that we have ever stayed in with a balcony and river views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for meals. I wish we stayed longer!

Thanksgiving at Hotel Lungarno was amazing.
Pros:

Hotel Lungarno is the epitome of a 5-star hotel in Florence. It's beautiful. The service is special.. And it's location is ideal along the lovely Arno RIver. We go every time that we are in Florence - even if we don't stay there (we'll go to the Lounge or the fabulous restaurant. Thanks everyone.
