The location was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Lungarno was much more than just a hotel experience it truly felt like a home away from home. From the doormen to the waitresses and the concierge team, everyone made every effort to make our stay priceless and impeccable.

Very comfortable room and the most accommodating staff. It’s such a central location, extremely walkable. And the breakfast buffet is unreal. Everything is thought though so well and the staff makes you feel they really are there to serve your every need.

Our stay at Hotel Lungarno was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Florence. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located along the river, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the hospitality from the staff.

Set right on the Arno river, looking across at the historic buildings of Florence, the Lungarno is a chic yet unfussy gem, with taste reflecting its ownership by the Ferragamo family. Professional and friendly staff from the Concierge to the waiters and housekeepers - all pleasant and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast and lunch or cocktails on one of the lounge couches overlooking the river. The rooms were very well appointed and designed. Our one concern was the bathroom, which was small for a suite with one sink and a very high step-in tub that was difficult to climb in and out of to use the shower. I’d suggest if it were at all possible to replace that with walk-in showers that are much safer and more popular with most guests.

The location in the city was a great central launching spot and the rrom itself was beautiful directly on top of the river.

The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location on the Arno River next to Ponte Vecchio. It is close to all major sites in Florence and is in the amazing, fun to walk Oltrarno neighborhood. The staff is beyond incredible. In every interaction they made us feel like family, going out of their way to make every part of our stay incredible all the way to the very end when one of the bellmen gave me detailed directions on how to drive out of the area so as to avoid getting a ZTL fine. A truly amazing stay!

My parents and I stayed at Hotel Lungarno for our family vacation and our stay was beyond anything we could have imagined! The hotel had the most beautiful view and we stayed in the coolest room ever! It felt like we were staying in a castle. The service here was also impeccable and everyone was incredible. To highlight a few people I will starts with Luca. From the moment we arrived Luca was incredibly helpful. I have celiac and he gave us all the best places to eat in Florence that were also celiac safe. One night he even surprised my mom with a dish full her favorite lemon candies from the hotel lobby. Mia is also someone I want to highlight as she helped us with all our dinner reservations in addition to getting us acquainted with the property. She even double checked to make sure there were allergy safe options at the breakfast buffet for me to enjoy. Lastly, Belal helped capture all of our moments on camera and he takes the best pictures so be sure to have him take yours. Thank you Hotel Lungarno for such an unforgettable stay in Florence for me and my family!

This boutique hotel is a true gem. The hotel staff is outstanding. The rooms are immaculate and a great location on the river.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room with a river view due to my Hilton gold status which was great. Enjoyed the bar service in the lobby bar as well as the restaurant.

The best hotel in Firenze. Full stop. Perfect location steps from Ponte Vecchio but a real oasis from the hustle of the city. Beautifully appointed. Great rooms. Wonderful , friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Every little detail makes you truly feel special. We chose a smaller room and they were still lovely but we would totally splurge and get an upgraded room if available next time. Everything we hoped for in a high end European Hotel and more! Enjoyed the lobby bar and patio view at sunset with the best Negroni we have EVER had (try the Classic Vintage Negroni at least once…trust me). Extremely comfortable Luxurious beds, chocolates, and turn down service that included hand cream and water on the bedside table. Every detail thoughtful prepared. The Staff members made us feel so welcome and helped us enjoy our stay even more. We will come back again and stay longer!

We stayed in a luxurious family room, kids on the pull out couch, separated from the master bedroom with a sliding door. Large bathroom covered in marble. High end linens, including a kid sized robes. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The location was perfect to walk to ask tourist attractions.

This is a very good hotel with some rough spots. Our room was small. The bathroom had a tub/shower that requires you to step up into the tub with no handrail to grab. For an older person, getting in and out is a challenge.

For some inexplicable reason there are very few power outlets. I use a CPAP and I had to unplug the bedside light because there was only a single outlet near the bedside. For charging your devices you have to get down on the floor to plug in your charger. There is just one USB port on the wall next to each bed stand but they were so low amperage it took all night to partially charge an iPhone.

We arrived early and after checking in we were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. We never received a text and after spending several hours walking around finally returned back to the hotel to find our room had been ready for quite some time. Very irritating.

All in all, for what you get, this hotel is overpriced.

The hotel was beautiful! The room and views are hard to beat. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We loved every recommendation the concierge provided as well, they were so helpful! The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. Loved our stay so much, can’t wait to go back!
