Hotel Lungarno - Lungarno Collection

Always comfortable and like comign home... but with a view of ponte vecchio. I never stay anywhere else in Firenze as i have stayed in about 10 places in the city and once I found Lungarno as long as they have space I stay here. You just arrive and leave feelign special and their wifi bandwidth has greatly improved so its a non issue which is essential for my work. Best breakfast anywhere on top of it all. This is the best of boutique hotels in my opinion. The only thing is its associated with HIlton properties but no points earned so not sure what to do with that.

One of the prettiest hotels in the world. Rooms are comfortable , staff is lovely and bar is always nice to sit in anytime of day. Cannot be easy for the teams as the number of tourists must be overwhelming but they handle so well. Love the Lungarno!

We had such an incredible stay at the hotel. From the valet, to the concierge, front desk, to the bartenders…we felt so special. You cannot get a better location too!!! We had a suite on level 1 looking at the Arno River—spectacular!!
The rooms are very spacious and great amenities. The guest relations manager, Andrea made sure that we had everything we needed.

A wonderful hotel, and we have stayed in a lot in various parts of the world. The food for the lunch menu was excellent but the restaurant was closed during our visit so we didn't have the pleasure of dining there.
everything was what you would expect of a 5* hotel and a great location for getting to the key museums and buildings. We would definitely return when visiting Florence.

I came here for a long weekend after a stressful time to enjoy some art and food and rest. The hotel is very well located and you can walk everywhere. We had a river view room, which was gorgeous although a little noisy at times.

Sometimes at these fancy hotels the environment is a bit sterile and stiff but that wasn’t the case here, all the staff were super warm, friendly and ready to help, we felt very well taken care of and left feeling rejuvenated.

My wife and I just spent 15 days at the Lungarno. We have stayed at the hotel nearly 10 times since 1999. I have stayed in 5-star hotels in Europe, US and Asia. This is absolutely my favorite. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you welcome. The location is stunning and the accommodations top notch. I give this hotel the highest possible rating.

Hotel Lungarno was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for in Florence - beautiful, classic, clean and high quality in the BEST location in Florence. The staff were extremely friendly, professional attentive and kind. They served a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast and a cozy atmosphere for evening drinks. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone and stay there again on my next visit to Florence!

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lungarno. It is perfectly located a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, historic Florence, etc The room was beautiful with a wonderful view overlooking the Arno. The staff could not have been more helplful and assisted us with many things- such as booking all our dinner reservations. Breakfast was delicious. Really nice experience.

Booked through Chase Reserve The Edit and this definitely was a highly curated hotel. Very Boutique and friendly atmosphere. Huge room for families. Excellent location close to a lot of nice restaurants and tourist attractions. Convienent walk to train station. Definitely would stay again when we come back to Florence which unfortunately looks like there’s no more down season for tourists as it’s a wonderful city.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location right on the lake is spectacular, with breathtaking views that make the experience truly special.

We had a great experience. They have exceptional customer service! From the minute you get out of the taxi until the minute you leave - you are taken care of. I would highly recommend the Lungarno to anyone going to Florence.

This luxury hotel is located in a charming area of town. The food is exceptional, but most important are the outstanding staff. We arrived in the midst of a family emergency. The Hotel Lungarno staff were incredibly helpful, kind and caring. They provided extraordinary assistance with every need. We are forever grateful to all of the amazing staff, especially Ilaria, Andrea and Sara for their tremendous help during our time of stress.

Gosto de hotel bonito. O Lungarno é lindo. Quarto 103 em mármore branco. Sobre o rio Arno, praticamente. Vista da Ponte Vecchio. Maravilhoso. Tudo funcionando. Café da manhã excelente.

we stayed 5 days to visit museums and exhibitions : location is perfect, everything within walking distance. Service : excellent and friendly. Decoration : elegant , not flashy, not "too italian". Nice room overlooking the river. problem sometimes : we could hear the noises from neighbor rooms. Nice bathroom but onlt bottles of liquids, no soap. Good breakfast.
