Motel One Frankfurt - Hauptbahnhof

The hotel is very clean and at least the bedroom window opens but....the restaurant is currently closed and the shop mentioned on the hotel's website doesn't actually exist. I do feel that the hotel should have advised at the time of booking, or at least in advance of arrival that the restaurant would be closed for refurbishment.

This company needs to rehire a new IT department. Their website is terrible and I caution you severely about considering making a reservation online with this organization. We attempted to book a room with them, and we were never given a confirmation number once the booking was completed. Then we discovered that they had billed us twice. So I was charged double the amount for a single room. When I contacted them and attempted to resolve the issue, they told me that I needed to produce evidence. I provided them with evidence on my credit card record and I have not heard from them since.

It was a rough start to our stay I had 16 people to check in and I was not happy that they requested all of our passport info to get checked in. It took an hour to do all of that. no help from staff you check yourself in! We were tired and not happy by the end. The room was nice and the breakfast was great. The location is rough, and I would not go out after dark.

Flemings Hotel Frankfurt-Central was formerly known as the Flemings Hotel Frankfurt-Express. The hotel is very convenient if you need a quick stay in Frankfurt near the train station. You can get from the airport to your room in under 20 minutes. The hotel is located directly across the street from the main station, and this unbeatable convenience is one of its best features. When you walk into the lobby, the space is clean and welcoming. The front desk agent is available to assist with your online check-in, which makes the process quick and smooth. On the way to your room, there is a small shop where you can buy food and drinks, which is a helpful bonus for travelers. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully arranged to feel spacious. There were three minor issues with the room, but I am still giving this hotel five stars because none of them seriously impacted my stay. First, the air conditioning in room 438 did not work. I left it on for two hours, and the room remained stuffy. Luckily, the weather in July was cool, so I opened the windows and fresh air did the job. Second, there was no fridge in the room, even though there was plenty of space for one. Lastly, the wireless internet toward the back of the hotel was weak. That said, I could have easily walked down to the lobby and asked for a room change. I am confident the staff would have handled it promptly, but after a 13-hour flight from Singapore, I was just glad to have a quiet, clean room. I usually stay next door at Flemings Metropolitan, but this hotel is now one I would return to. Knowing what I know now, I’ll simply request a room with stronger internet and working air conditioning next time. Overall, Flemings Hotel Frankfurt-Central provided clean, comfortable accommodations in a top location. For a one-night stay near the station, it’s a reliable choice I would happily make again.

During my three nights spent at this hotel, the location was perfect for my needs. Just steps from the train station! HOWEVER: the first night I killed 17 insects measuring more than 1 cm. I asked for a room change and it was not possible. So I wrote an email requesting financial compensation. The email displayed is not the correct one. In total, I killed 23 of these creatures in my small hotel room.

The actual hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend if you’re just passing through and looking for cheap clean accomodation close to the station but the area is quite rough so wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay

Comfortable Stay, But Bedding Needs Improvement

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the service was good.

However, I was quite disappointed with the bedding. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Additionally, what was provided as a duvet was actually just a thin sheet — not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. A proper duvet would have made a big difference.

Stayed for 3 nights, very close to the central station. Spacious hotel, clean. Just a bit noisy at night.

Hotel was nice and clean and welcomed the air con and free water on arrival. Check in was slow as self check in and the machines kept crashing. Nice spacious room, however on arrival it smelt of a sewer. Smell went away after leaving the windows open

It was a one night stay. Not long enough to make a good assessment of the quality of service. However, I was satisfied with the room.

It is a good hotel to stay if you want to stay near the main station

This was a terrible experience. When we arrived, we were asked to self check-in, which we did. The key we received was for a room where the bed sheets were covered in hair. The bathroom was also in a disgusting state.

We immediately asked to change rooms, and they gave us another one — but again, the bed sheets had hair all over them. It was late at night, and we were too tired to leave the hotel, so we requested clean sheets and ended up changing them ourselves.

This is by far the most unhygienic and disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Very convenient location right opposite Frankfurt Main Station.
Modern hotel, well appointed.
Could have done with better pillows and more effective aircon.
Had a bit of an issue with staff over the lack of a bath mat in the bathroom, which was sorted eventually, but not quickly enough.
Bathroom is small but fine, and a generously sized shower.

Close to train station and public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection. Enjoyed my 2 days stay.

Wonderful hotel a stones throw away from the railway station. Self check in. Spotlessly clean, lifts, spacious rooms, king sized bed. Kettle, teas. Lovely bathroom, big soft bath towels and delicious shower gels and shampoos. Brilliant price, thoroughly recommend!!!!

Clean & comfortable room. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot & self check-in was quick & easy to use. Location is close to the train station with lots of shops & restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay & would recommend visiting this hotel.

Check in tedious. The person who was ment to help seemed more interested in his mobile phone.
Breakfast was great as were the breakfast room staff.
