Pros:

J'ai adoré le lit, les oreillers. Je me suis trop bien reposé. L'hotel est super propre, calme et le petit dejeuner est simplement magnifique. Je m'en souviendrai.

Location is very convenient if you need to be around the EC, parliament, etc. all in waking distance.

Cons:

Rooms and all equipment very outdated and not clean. AC not working, they couldn’t fix it.
Breakfast very basic for a 4-star hotel.

Die Lage am Berlaymont ist super, das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit vor sehr langer Zeit gesehen
Pros:

Super Lage, nettes Personal. Beim Frühstück kann man nach einem Kaffee latte fragen, dann bekommt man ein trinkbares Heißgetränk, was allerdings auch nicht mit einem echten "Latte macchiatto" vergleichbar ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist nett und zum Ausgleich für einen Fehler gab es eine Einladung zum Frühstücksbuffet am ersten Morgen. Mit etwas Glück kann man in der Garage kostenlos parken.

Cons:

Das Zimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden. Kein funktionierender Kühlschrank (ist laut Hotelmitarbeitern für die gesamte 5. Etage bestellt worden, was ich nicht nachprüfen kann) und der Hotelteppichboden ht Flecken und ist sehr uneben. Die zentrale Heizung/Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, dafür stand im Zimmer ein (sehr moderner) Heizkörper mit Fernbedienung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für meinen Geschmack schlechter als üblich, der Kaffee ungenießbar - und erst auf Nachfrage erfährt man, dass auch anderer Kaffee bestellt werden kann.

La posizione è ottimale , facile da raggiungere qualsiasi cosa.. metro vicino, camera grande.

Cons:

L’acqua della vasca da bagno non scende velo per cui quando fai la doccia si riempie come se fosse una piscina.. la discesa dell’acqua è molto lenta , ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

pas de chauffage dans la chambre - tentative avec le réceptionniste de faire fonctionner le chauffage d'appoint sans succès - idem après un changement de chambre ... il est passé minuit .. changement à nouveau et surclassement - toujours une chambre chauffée par une soufflerie d'appoint (donc bruyante) - moquette sale, - tout semble vieux et dégradé - vraiment pas une ambiance d'un 4 étoiles. -cet établissement a besoin d'un sacré ravalement !
