It was great everything I can complain about nothing the only thing was my air conditioner wasn't working so they had to come few times to fix it but other than that we're okay

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn't working on my room or my daughter's room so that was a little upsetting but other than that everything was good

Loud late night
Pros:

The location and check in was smooth. You can stream Netflix.

Cons:

There was a loud couple arguing in the next room 136. I called at 130am to report it. I never heard or saw security. The lady was yelling for hours. I went to sleep at 230am after she stopped. She was using lots of obscenity. Next morning at 730 the lady started yelling again. I reported this to the front desk. I never heard or saw anyone go to this room. She yelled for another hour. I planned to stay until check out but I got tired of all the noise I was supposed to get on a work meeting but I couldn’t because of all the noises. I really am disappointed they let this continue. The staff allowed this.

Dissapointed on this trip..
Pros:

Wind sound.coming thru sliding glass balcony all night long. Had eye surgery at 5am that morning. Also smelled musty. May have come from heating unit.

Cons:

What i have always liked is the employees,always helpful,and the convenient location. Restaurant is good also.

Not good
Cons:

I only rented at hotel to take my grand daughters swimming. Both times we went to pool they were out of towels , I had to call front desk to get towels.It took a long time to get towels, I would have to call a couple of times before we got towels. Some of The staff couldn’t understand English and didn’t understand when my daughter was asking if they could refill certain items at breakfast buffet. My daughter and granddaughters didn’t feel safe at the pool with some of the people at the pool.

It was a good staydespite the things we liste. But we will always choose to stay here
Pros:

Jessica and the staff were great. Beds were comfortable the pool and hot tub were great. Our fridge was great at keeping or food and drinks cold.

Cons:

Our tub was clogged with hair and we could smell smoking in the area thru our vents and our next door neighbors were a lil loud with their children tryin to open the extra door between the rooms.

Stayed here for the fair everything was nice, nice area freeway wasn’t too far

Long walk
Pros:

Everything was great except the elevator was not working. This caused us to walk a half mile extra to our room. If I was even in my 60s, that would not be a problem. But it's 75. It's a real pain.. literally
