I will come back - very nice place to stay
Pros:

Nice location directly next to the central station, but still quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff ist very friendly and helpful

My stay was very good and the staff are excellent.
Cons:

I don’t know how you can put this right, but the walk to the hotel from the station is not a nice experience. The homeless people use part of the area as a toilet, the smell of urine and I’m sorry to say excrement is awful.

Gut für einen kurzen Trip (2 Personen, nicht mehr) ohne viel Aufenthalt im Hotel, aber kommt leider nicht an andere Leon

Großes geräumiges Zimmer
Geräumiges Bad mit druckverstellbaren Wasserstrahl in der Dusche für jeden

Gute Klimaanlage
Bei nicht-reinigen des Zimmers kann man an der Rezeption schnell und einfach Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier holen

Cons:

Schlafcouch war unaushaltbar hart und hat gequietscht.
Hauseigene Tiefgarage umständlich zu öffnen und viel zu teuer.
Es wurde nicht gründlich gesaugt (wir haben noch Haarklammern vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden gefunden).
Rezeptionisten haben fast nie (nur ein einziges Mal) aufgesehen und gegrüßt wenn man ins Hotel hereingekommen ist oder gegangen ist. Sollte in so einem Hotel Standard sein.

Fast perfekt
Pros:

Ganz neben Hbf, sehr sauber, guter AC, dabei ist auch ein Cafe und Bar, sehr guter Preis für die Zeit (während Japan Tag und kurz vor Dokomi)

Cons:

Nur einzelne Steckdose pro Zimmer, die wahrscheinlich für die Kaffeemaschine geeignet, keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett im Zimmer

Der Barkeeper war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Toller Service. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist sehr praktisch.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es sind die kleinen Dinge die dafür sorgen, dass man sich hier wohlfühlt: eine Flasche Wasser täglich, ein Snack zum Drink oder ein Regenbogen-Anstecker an der Kleidung des Hotelmitarbeiters. Es wurde sogar möglich gemacht auf Wunsch ein Doppelbettzimmer gegen ein Zweibettzimmer zu tauschen.

Die vegane Auswahl beim Frühstück ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen: veganer Aufschnitt und Aufstrich (süß und herzhaft), veganer Pudding, pflanzliche Milchalternativen und reichlich Obst. Perfekt wären zusätzlich noch vegane Würstchen als Alternative für pflanzliches Eiweiß oder etwas mehr Gemüse.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Bettschals/-läufer sollten öfter gewaschen werden. Sie waren sehr fleckig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sehr sauber. Teppichboden im Zimmer finde ich persönlich auch hygienisch schwierig, aber auch dieser wirkte sauber. Die Einrichtung insgesamt ist etwas altmodisch.

Εξαιρετική πόλη το Ντίσελντορφ με όχι τόσο καλή διαμονή!!!

1) κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό 2) πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση 3) το δωμάτιο έχει καφετιέρα και μικρό ψυγείο 4) άνετος ο χώρος του μπάνιου

Cons:

1) όταν έρχεσαι από τον κεντρικό σταθμό των τραίνων για να πας στο ξενοδοχείο η εικόνα είναι τραγική, βλέπεις άστεγους, ναρκομανείς και υπαρχει μια δυσοσμία. 2) μαξιλάρια κακής ποιότητας 3) επειδή το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται απέναντι από τις γραμμές του τραίνου, υπάρχει μεγάλη φασαρία με ανοικτό το παράθυρο. Δεν μπορεσαμε να κοιμηθούμε γιατί ήταν τόση η ζέστη και το aircondition δεν δούλευε και το παράθυρο δεν μπορούσαμε να το έχουμε ανοικτό. 4) Υπήρχε μια αίσθηση αγένειας από την διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου όταν περιπλανηθηκαμε στο χώρο του εστιατορίου εκτός ώρας λειτουργίας. Θέλαμε να δούμε το χωρο για να αποφασίζαμε εάν θα κλείναμε πρωϊνο. Εάν δεν επιτρέπεται ας υπάρχει μια ταμπέλα ή ας οριοθετείται ο χώρος. 5) Σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής δεν αρμόζει σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχειο ο εφοδιασμός των αναγκαίων πραγματων π.χ. πετσέτες, καφές, σακούλες για τα σκουπίδια κλπ. να γίνεται με το σταγονόμετρο. Γενικά υπήρχε μία αίσθηση τσιγκουνιάς που δεν την έχουμε ξαναδεί σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο και ιδιαίτερη αυτής της αλυσίδας.
