Important information:

Children are welcome in the spa & wellness center from 09:00-11:00 on all days. During holidays there is an extra time between 15:00-17:00.
Outside of these hours, guests at the spa & wellness center must be 13 years and older.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Großartiges Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal

Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, Ausstattung und Lage hervorragend. Wirklich großartig ist das Personal, alle sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für das Personal würden wir einen 6 Stern vergeben, würden es ihn geben.

Cons:

Wenn man im Winter kommt, gibt es im Deluxe Doppelzimmer kaum Platz im winzigen Kleiderschrank, um alle Pullover und warmen Kleidungsstücke unterzubringen. Die liegen dann eine Woche im Zimmer auf den Stühlen.

Pros:

Really a beautiful property top to bottom. Well maintained. Highly professional staff.

Overpriset med små rom og umulig for tilreisende med bil.
Pros:

Frokosten var god, selv om jeg savnet den gamle menyen med mulighet for å bestille også ved bordet. Buffet er ikke helt det samme. Rugbrød med avokado og egg.

Cons:

Ingen parkeringsmuligheter ødela hele oppholdet. Måtte flytte bil og betale hver 3. time. Helt umulig for et så fasjonalt hotell og ikke ha noen parkeringsmuligheter.

De var snille med hund, men de spurte ikke om vi trengte vannskål eller teppe. Så at andre fikk det av betjeningen.
Fikk ikke bruke svømmebassenget siste dag før utsjekking. Skandaløst!

Førsteklasses på alle vis, men kapasiteten på frokost må styrkes.
Pros:

Den mest profesjonelle staben på noe hotell, fra resepsjon og consierge til bar og renhold. God mat og drikke.

Cons:

Staben klarte ikke å henge med da det kom mange til frokost samtidig. Tomme fat og lange køer.
