I was told that the GM approved letting me out on my second night. The reservation was done under Booking.com and I don’t know if they need to hear from you but I still haven’t been compensated for the second night. Thank you.
Breakfast menu was typical offerings of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, bagels, yogurt, waffles, apples/bananas, and hot & cold drinks.
Staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful.
The location was very close to major expressways 470 and I-25, and close to major shopping centers including Ikea and Costco.
The hotel informed guests by posted memo the day after I checked in, for a 2 night stay, that they would immediately requiring parking guests to purchase a permit costing $10 to park on property, or they would tow your vehicle. Since I was not inform of this additional charge, either at reservation or check-in, I questioned the desk manager about this. He did not charge me for the permit. Seemed an abrupt and poorly executed policy change for a franchise of a major motel chain, resulting in unexpected additional charges, or worse, waking up and finding your car towed away.
The breakfast was great.
Did not have decent soap or shampoo.

The floors in my room looked like they had never been mopped. Dirty footprints in the entryway and a filthy bathroom floor. I went to breakfast at 8:15 AM and there was barely any food left and it was not being refilled. this must be a franchise in the franchise owner must not care. I don’t even know if they have housekeeping and if they do, they are not doing their job.

Location and breakfast was good.
Nothing.
We enjoyed a comfortable and cozy room. We loved having the extra office space and sofa bed to give our teenagers room to stretch out in. Desk area came in handy because it was needed for a Zoom meeting.
Breakfast area was small and cramped. It would be nice if they had more space between tables.

Great location
This is definitely an older hotel that could use updating. Breakfast was just ok. Dining area is way too small and it was hard to find an open table. There were hot options, but they ran out of sausage pretty early both of the mornings we were there, and didn't replenish it. No fruit. Yogurt was two large containers that everyone was supposed to scoop from. Yuck.
The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable
They put an incidental hold on my card every night I stayed ranging from $9.12 the first night to $150
