To no fault of the business itself, booking.com messed up on this transaction. I googled for hotels in Lewisburg Ohio, what booking.com sent me were hotels from Lewisburg Pennsylvania. I did not read the fine print I guess so when the transaction was finished I could not contact booking.com in a way that I could get a reply quickly. Booking.com is very hands off once they take your money.
It was very nice and accommodating. The staff was awesome! They helped me very much. Since the beds were too high because I have a femur injury they brought me a rollaway bed so I could sleep as I could not get on these very high beds that they have nowadays as I am only 5 feet tall. they even checked on me early in the night to see if I was OK. They came and asked me very very nice just like family. It was a very nice place.

Close to Lewisburg.
Took too long to receive hot water. Bad location to pull out of parking lot in Rt15.
Convenient location and friendly staff.
Had issues with the lock which the staff and then her husband did come to fix but honestly it really need a new door handle. The toilet flushed once and then never again after that. I found somewhere else after the first the night then just left, put the key in the box

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The shower and bathroom was very wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.
I would've loved to receive free breakfast, lunch or dinner. I felt that was all that was missing from the experience.
NOTHING EXCEPT IT WAS SOMEWHAT CLEAN.
There was one person in the office when we checked in on Saturday. No one when we checked out. We paid in advance and the room had a small fridge and a microwave which had a pizza slice in it. So no one cleans everything. We did not leave a tip, it was an overnight. Cracks in the wall, the breakfast was instant coffee, our room was on the first floor but the door barely made the wall when it opened. The mattress was soft and in general it was a very isolated place where it was located. For $94 this shithole was only worth 2 cents. Never will we stay at a relax inn again. You get what you pay for. Next time we travel we will look for a better place for a bit more $.
The host and hostess were very helpful, professional and courteous!! The room was spectacularly clean and easily accessible to all amenities in the area!!! Definitely will come back next month!!
There was nothing I did not like.
Convenient stop on our way to pick up our vehicle.
The hairdryer didn't work. The TV screen had a narrow stripe near the left side.
We had a king room, which was clean. The bed was comfortable. The young girl at the counter was nice and friendly.
Location: too far out of town for us. We had to travel 5-10 mins to get to a supermarket and takeaways.
Quiet, lots of parking
Flooring in first room I was given was loose, and had gaps all over.
