Overall the staff was professional, the residents were inconsiderate with no idea of hotel etequitte
Pros:

Staff were professional and courteous. Much appreciated there service.

Cons:

Neighbors partied until 1-2 am ( students) the second night I had to call to see if someone could ask them to tone it down. Being older I need my sleep, I can understand they are young and want to party but by 10 they should tone their voices down. You should put all students in the same floor.

Another Pleasant Stay At This Hotel.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Located near the airport and less than a mile from North Star Mall. The staff gave me a nice room in a good location in the hotel. Very good free breakfast. Free parking.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of during this visit.

I didn’t really want to leave. It was perfect .
Pros:

I liked everything. 1.4 miles from Airport. Shuttle available. Food. It’s practically like being at all inclusive place . They let you take food to your room if you’d like. Washers and dryers downstairs. Staff is very helpful. Pool and hot tub clean and fresh towels are available by the pool. Nice furniture outside at the pool area. The rooms are clean and quiet. Four level parking garage is also included in the price so I think from now on when I travel I always going to be staying in Drury ! Thanks a lot !

Cons:

The place if perfect. I wouldn’t change anything!

very pleasant
Pros:

Exactly what I had hoped for. Airport shuttle was very fast, rooms were nice, and the bedding was unexpectedly cozy. The 5:30 kickback is very generous. The breakfast is big, although not very tasty or special. The jacuzzi was not very warm.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly, location was great with easy access to the airport. Reception in the evening was perfect for our family.

Cons:

The pool was not heated, even though I called and asked and was told it was heated. The pool and hot tub area need some attention.
