One of the few hotels I look forward to going back to.
Pros:

Every employee was helpful and kind and always smiling. The beds were comfortable and the food was plentiful. It was close so there was a shuttle from the airport and oddly enough once inside, I never heard a plane. Every spot that I went to in the hotel was clean. I explored from the top of the hotel to the bottom and around the grounds. The price was excellent for what we received. Everyone loved the free popcorn and the friendly atmosphere. I was going to use the pool and hot tub which looked wonderful but it was far too cold out while I was there.

Great hotel, great staff, convenient to airport
Pros:

We just spent 2 weeks in San Antonio visiting our grandson, and we're so glad we chose to stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport. We've tried a number of hotels in San Antonio over the years, and the Drury was by far the best we've found. The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, the room was clean & comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and the free breakfast was first-rate. Aaron is a superlative manager who's totally on top of things. We'd also give a shout-out to Fabian and Rafael who kept an eye on the food & drink area, and to Ray in Maintenance who went above & beyond to make sure our room was functioning to our satisfaction. The Drury isn't that expensive, and you get real value for your money - including the daily "Kick-Back" which offers free hot snacks (practically a meal!) and up to 3 free alcoholic drinks every afternoon from 5:30-7:00. And the hotel is only minutes from the airport. The Drury will definitely be our San Antonio hotel of choice from now on.

Pros:

The manager was very nice. I felt like my needs were met before I even knew I needed something. Parking was very close to my room. The parking garage is attached to the hotel so I was able to walk straight to my door with out having to use an elevator. They offered a shuttle during extended hours anywhere within 1 mile. Three free drinks were included per day plus a buffet. I will 100% stay here again.

Cons:

The pillows could have been softer. I will likely bring my own next time and the room did have a slightly musty smell.
