Pros:

Nice hotel close to the Atrium music venue. Plenty of parking, easy check in. Booked a king, got 2 queens, which was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Clean room and bed, but the shower/tub was worn and needs to be resealed or replaced due to missing grout, black edges. Overall a quiet stay despite a busy weekend.

Pros:

A stop for us between Florida and Alabama. We loved the huge room with enough space for the five of us. Breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast area were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Toilet wasn’t flushed during cleaning which was gross to find after check-in. . Property shows its age. The breakfast was okay but extremely limited in selections. It’s overpriced for what they offer.

Pros:

We arrived at 18:30, the wife and I wanted to swim at the pool. Was informed that pool was closed without explanation. Hours are until 22:00. Would’ve been nice to know before booking.

The shower was not working properly. Water was running from the top and bottom. The tub felt like inwas stepping in dirty. The couch was dirty and it was long piece hair on the sink by the refrigerator

Absolutely loved this room. Not only was it spacious, the sofa with a recliner at one end offered the option for my husband to sleep sitting up, which he sometimes needs due to medical issues. We got a great night's sleep! We also appreciate having a lovely hotel that allows us to have our little dog wit us.
