Stained towels hanging inside the bathroom, stained carpet, odor in room, and pubic hair inside bathroom sink.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, there was food left in the microwave, someone else’s underwear was hanging behind the bathroom door, the room smelled bad, the door was coming off the hinge, the bed appeared dirty, and the towels were dirty as well.
When I complained, the front desk employee tried to tell me that because I checked in around 8 PM, I couldn’t complain about the room. I requested a refund and told them I wanted to leave. Instead of helping, she demanded the room key back before I could even get my belongings out of the room and threatened to call the police. I refused to hand over the key until I had retrieved my belongings.
There were plenty of other rooms available, but I was told there weren’t any. The police eventually arrived and told her the same thing I had been saying all along, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I would not recommend staying here. Save your money and stay somewhere else. On the other hand, Best Western Plus was a great experience. Clean rooms, professional staff, and no issues at all.

Absolutely scary, was given a key to a room only for it to have an extra lock? But turned out the pillows inside were already touched and the door that separates the next room was opened, scary. Then went to the office to get assisted (ringed the bell button too) and there was nobody up front, I had to yell out to get a ladies attention. We were given a new key to the room after telling the desk lady about the situation but I suppose she was mad for calling out the situation. But once we come into the new room, things escalated from horror to disgusting and depressing. Like who leave the coffee maker next to the toilet?!?! The bathroom floor was slippery, the towels had some yellow stains, the bathroom smelled sewage, their was also holes in the walls like someone punched them, AND to my surprise, the mini fridge is front of the door, like r these doors secure??? Why is the fridge needing to block the door???? This hotel is absolutely vile, not worth your time or money. Oh and the other reviewer is right, they got no ironing table OR the iron, and no proper closet.

The front desk worker! She was amazing! Other than that nothing.

Breakfast was rarely stocked and minimal to zero. Other guests seemed to evacuate as soon as they could, cockroaches in the room, sink leaked, bad lighting.

The front desk clerk did her best to assist us!

No EV charging
No iron or ironing board, called down to front desk and was asked if I needed an ironing board. I said I could manage by ironing on the bed.
No clock
No phone in room
One trash can - none in the bathroom area
No closet
No clothes hangers
Coffee pot and coffee but no sugar, creamer or stirrers

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the the water pressure was good.
