Pros:

We have booked here many times and it’s always lovely. Exceptional service all-round. Reception are warm and lovely people and cleaning and maintenance staff always provide exceptional service.

An okay stay, but
Pros:

The location was pretty, prompt response when resolving issues (no hot water to cabin), staff were friendly

Cons:

Adjacency to sewerage treatment plant (foul smell of an evening), no communication as to ongoing construction within the park (trucks entering park from as early as 8am), general state of the cabin/amenities
