Pros:

I was greeted nicely by Jessica even made sure I got a ground floor. Key wouldn't work so maid used her key still wouldn't work so Jessica came down to the room and used hers.wsh worked..said she would return with new key..Kendall came down with new key which worked and even helped me unload my car since I didnt have a working key..very nice thing to do

Great spot, great value, lovely staff.
Pros:

Location and ease getting on/off the freeway. Great if going to Pechanga or wineries. Comfortable, clean, open room.

Cons:

Kids screaming in centrally located pool. Would get room on different side next time.

Good for the price if your traveling with a younger crowd. 25-35 but once you e been to other hotels resorts casinos you
Pros:

Cocinero y located to all major venues, casino, restaurants, downtown Temecula and short distance to the wineries

Cons:

Extremely noisy….you can hear the freeway all night long, and there was no elevator for handicap access

Pros:

Everything was fine . The staff were excellent and our room was great very clean.

Cons:

We picked this hotel because it had a pool. The problem was pool and Jacuzzi were definitely in need of some cleaning
They both had multiple things floating in them. The pool water was milky.

Pros:

Convenient location to Old Town, .Clean room and courteous staff. Coffee maker and coffee K-cups (NO WATER BOTTLES IN ROOM TO MAKE COFFEE)

Cons:

Extremely limited bteakfast. Uncomfortable pillows. No water bottles for coffee in room.
