Overall ok place to stay. Was a bit overpriced for the quality of the place.
Pros:

I liked that the gym machines worked and it was close to downtown. The hot tub worked.

Cons:

The neighborhood was a bit scary. The AC unit was so loud that we had to turn it off. The breakfast was pretty basic. And the coffee tasted watered down, and I also heard other guest saying the same thing.

L autoroute passe au pied de ce motel. Et il est dommage que le petit déjeuner n'est pu être servi plus tôt.

Have stayed here before and was pleasant enough. Had terrible night sleep both nights. Night one I was sleeping in after

Location, it’s a nice and everything feels new and clean. Staff is nice enough though not super friendly (night crew).

Cons:

Location facing back is very noisy. Hardwood floors don’t mitigate any sound. If you have noisy people rolling bags and walking frequently above you, hear everything.

A+ for value and kindliness.
Pros:

Very clean and easy to find parking. Staff was very friendly. Right next to 2 Mexican restaurants, the one with a drive through and open until 11 pm was great.
