It was ok. I’ve definitely stayed in a cleaner facility
Pros:

Convenience to the mall and 41st st. The staff were great.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, hair and dirt on the bed, the room smelled like sewer

Probably won’t stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff. The shower was nice. Lighting throughout needs updating

Cons:

The outdated popcorn ceiling was brown and looked like it could cave in. Room layout was odd. No floor length mirror in room except behind bathroom door. Mattress seemed old caved in to one side.
Internet wifi to watch Netflix kept spinning never loaded

We'll definitely use this hotel and site to book again! It was so easy and it was a great stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff that was available and ready to help us. Great ambience and layout of the hotel! I like how in the lobby there are lots of spaces to sit and hang out. We had some athletes with us for a team even and they played games in the lobby. Great facility! Also, at check in, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we had a specific room we wanted and I didn't really have one, so he said, I think you'll like this one because it's quiet and he was right! He put us in a perfect room!

Cons:

Our bathroom had some dark hair left behind from the cleaning gals. It was fine, I know it happens (it wasn't that it wasn't clean because it was), but in the future that is something I'd hope I don't have again.

Pros:

Only thing wrong is that the coffee makers didn't work, and i needed my coffee in the morning, oh one other thing for as much as we paid for the room i thought the breakfast would be free, but it was pay as you go. I didn't like that at all.
