Would not recommend.
Pros:

Easy to navigate. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Blinds didn’t close, paint chipping off ceiling, moldy shower, neighbors had pets barking, and people smoking weed inside the building.

Nothing was good at this hotel. Need to be checked by HEALTH DEPARTMENT/OSHA

Cons:

Mattresses had nasty disturbing bloody spots that went all the way through the mattress and box spring.. Even the pull out couch/bed had huge bloody spots all over it..

The location suited us and it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast range and quality was standard for these type of hotels but that is still uninspiring. Facilities very basic, but again, to be expected.

Very large security deposit required; not refunded for 7 days
Pros:

The room was large and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

Cons:

I really did not like having to pay an $80 deposit (for myself and my pet) in addition to the charge for the room and the extra charge for the pet. And I was especially unhappy to learn that the deposit will not be returned for 7 days. This is not reasonable, and I won't stay there again, even though the room was comfortable.

Surprisingly nice
Pros:

After reading some negative recent reviews, I was concerned about our booking at the Comfort Suites. So I was pleasantly surprised during our stay. We spent just one night while in transit. The hotel & our room were quite clean, with updated accommodations. Our room, including the bathroom was large. The bathroom sink was large. The bed was fine. Breakfast was adequate.

The rooms were clean

Cons:

Checking in was awful and we were in town for a funeral.

And the shooting in the hotel that staff didn't care about was enough for my family to pack up and leave at 11pm. The attendant at the counter seemed aggravated at the fact she had to be bothered to check us out after the door NEXT to us was literally shot by a man in the hallway.

Pros:

Excellent and dependable. We always stay here because of the great location, competitive cost, efficient staff, great breakfast, and clean, comfortable rooms.
