Pros:

The proximity to the Bernabéu stadium and El Corte Ingles

Cons:

The housekeeping. Bedsheet had a stain on it and was never changed till I left. The bathroom is old and the tiles in the bathroom were brown. The shower head was leaking continuously which made an annoying sound so i had to close the toilet door to have some peace. I booked a room for two people but only got breakfast for one person. Not even complementary water. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms

Um arrependimento . As estrelas que tem só se deve ao restaurante que tem almoço/jantar.

Barulho de obras a começarem as 7:00 da manhã.
Empregados super mal educados.
Pedem para pagar um franquia que não avisam antes.
No booking diz que o hotel dispõem de piscina interior no qual não existem e não tem qualquer informação que se trata de um spa que só pode ser frequentado 18 anos é comum custo a parte.
Isto é publicidade enganosa pois não tem qualquer tipo de informação dessas no booking e vamos para um hotel qualidade / preço que podíamos pagar calor menor com as condições do NH Collection Madrid.
Muito barulho estores a baterem a noite toda, obras a iniciarem as 7:00h da manhã e não podemos descansar sendo de férias .
Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade.
De todo não recomendo este hotel.
Pela qualidade preço conseguimos vamos barato com as mesmas qualidades que eles apresentam .

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner était délicieux.
Emplacement près du stade Santiago de bernabeu.

Cons:

Le personnel a l’accueil peu accueillant. Prix trop élevé et incompréhensible pour utilisation de la piscine.

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel, dicht bij stadion van Real Madrid, bus richting centrum praktisch voor de deur.

Cons:

Hotel was beetje gedateerd, algemene ruimtes was wel weer modern maar de kamers zijn aan een upgrade toe, restaurant was gesloten niet gemeld bij het inchecken.
