El Lobby y sus instalaciones comunes.
La limpieza de la habitación pésima. A pesar de estar en habitación VIP, la amabilidad y disposición del personal fue pobre. Los ascensores para llegar al piso 15 pésimos, fallaban todos los días.
Venía con muchas expectativas a este hotel ya que me lo habían recomendado y me decepcionó. Voy mucho a Madrid por trabajo y vacaciones y definitivamente no volveré a este hotel.
El desayuno está increíble. Mis hijos quedaron completamente apaixonados por cada detalle, parecía un verdadero paquete de regalo. Todo estaba precioso y hecho con muchísimo cariño.
