The property is located in a beautiful area with a lovely places to walk around. It is recently received an upgrade to the facility, which is nice. The fitness facility was really nice as well, they have a peloton which my husband really enjoys
Although the facility has been updated, new carpets, etc., the noise level above my room was super loud. Also, their pet feed dog fee is $50 which is double most other hotels. And although they supply body wash shampoo and conditioner, there was no conditioner or body wash available in the shower.
Do Not Stay Here
We upgraded to a corner fireplace room for a little getaway. We told the agent at check in how we were looking forward to using it, which she acknowledged. Upon entering the room, we couldn't turn on the fireplace and politely asked if there was a trick to turning it on. The agent then told us 'oh none of them are working just yet, the construction company has the propane turned off.' Mind you, this room and fireplace are old. I understand construction happens, but not telling this at check-in was completely unacceptable. The pool and hot tub were also not working, and not advertised while booking the room. Hallways smelled like smoke, dusty room, rude staff. Worst hotel experience in years.
Nothing.
The room had ants. The air conditioner was broken it was so unbearably hott that it was better to sleep in my car. When we informed them about the air they brought us two fans as if this has been happening totally unacceptable for the price you pay for a room.
Me and my lady had an exceptional Valentine's evening and the staff were great and accommodating
The power went out for a while, but the staff was cool about it and refunded some of my money back for the inconvenience

Elevator was not working, room seemed really cramped
Breakfast was wonderful, servers very attentive. Reception switched us to a larger room after the first one son allergies to dog fur and we had been placed in an animal friendly room.

Shower water pressure
Room was frigid and hard to heat
Thermostat wasn't even connected; it was just dangling there stuck on the torn wallpaper.
No lotion in the lotion dispenser, there wasn't even a lotion bottle in the dispenser. I did ask if the room was actually ready for occupancy and was assured that it was.
I took pictures and sent it to the front desk. They did nothing. No acknowledgment of receipt - nothing.
I advised them again in the morning and the lady said, "oh yeah, I see the email" and that was it. I had booked two nights, and my room card was disabled on the second day. So back downstairs with my arms full to request new cards. Did I mention the elevators were also down?
I don't understand what changed at this facility but there has been a dramatic drop in service and hospitality here. Hoping that maybe it was just an off weekend for this facility?

Couldn't take bath cuz the stopper didn't work and water dripping from faucet in tub.
Breakfast and staff were amazing. Very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and updated. It was great!

Toilet moved when getting off. Glass on balcony door was difficult to look out.
