Checkout was very slow. Would have purchased additional bottles of water, however, there was a line at the front desk. 3 families trying to check out. We waited 15 minutes and the front desk still had not completed checking out 1 party???

Cons:

In humid 85+ degree weather only one ice machine working and it was on the 5th floor. Not a good feeling for me.
