Gros manque de gérance..le personnel tourne beaucoup plus...en rond...que de donner du service... malgré notre réservation...les chambres n étaient pas disponibles a notre arrivée... aucun service de bar ou restaurant durant l après midi.la douche était compliquée et manque d eau chaude

Très bel hôtel, chambre et lit confortable, décor magnifique. La piscine était agréable. Nourriture excellente.

Cons:

Le service au restaurant le soir a été très long et pas super agréable. Personnel débordé et pas souvent présents sur le plancher.

Cons:

La douche; Petite et I ncapable de la faire fonctionner sans se faire inonder. Pas d eau chaude.
Tapis partout, divan sofa, sur matelas…beaucoup d allergène et de « foyer à microbe ».

Comfortable, quiet & relaxing
Pros:

Very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was fabulous. I appreciated being able to open my windows to get some fresh air at night. Bed was sooo comfortable! And was very quiet at night. Felt very pampered

Cons:

There is no elevator-however since the meals are so delicious in the restaurant one needs to use the stairs to wear off some calories.

Pros:

Chambre vaste, meublée avec goût, luxueuse, propre. Lit confortable. Grand écran TV, table de travail bien éclairée. Environnement très calme, ce qui est évidemment très apprécié pour passer la nuit!
Bornes de recharge abondantes pour les voitures électriques.
Les environs du bâtiment, avec le petit étang et la chute sont agréables et reposants.

Cons:

Atmosphère très humide en entrant dans la chambre. Il a fallu ventiler un peu pour assainir l'air. Tout s'est rétabli.
