I honestly just did not feel safe there.

Cleanliness of the floors was not great nice beds typical Motel room, good place to sleep and swim would stay there again if I had to

The room had a musty smell the door seal had a wide crack in it which I had to put a towel under it every night. Otherwise the cleaning staff did their job every day the hotel office staff check me in fast not close to a beach

My stay was very peaceful, room wasnt bad however you could not walk thru the room without shoes or something on your feet. Floors were dirty.

Was in room 15 minutes and room smelled of mold making my three young grandchildren sick then I was charged for a night because we went into the room for 15 minutes to to look at it and I think it was just piss poor

Nice little hotel with a very good price per night. Pool was nice and clean. Property was also clean. TVs could use an upgrade but the room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Staff was also excellent. Checking in and out was easy with no wait time. Would stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Desk clerk was most gracious when we checked in.
Very impressed with the property, except the cable TV went out (no picture, audio only) while we were watching a national news special report.

I stayed here the door wouldn’t close. When I asked for another room they told me they didn’t have a room. Then we I asked for another room the next day they gave me the room but later the hotel called the police on me saying I was trans passing, and over charges my card four times, and only stayed one night. I will never be returning to this hotel very unprofessional, and nasty.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes and the bathroom door had a hole in it, the air conditioner had pieces missing. The bathroom tile was broken. The mirror had multiple cigarette burns on it. The floor was dirty.
It was just all around gross.

I had a terrible experience at Econo Lodge Panama City on June 3rd. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude. I was given a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. When I asked for a change, they responded with a bad attitude. The second room smelled strongly of chemicals and the AC didn’t work.

When I asked to check out because of these issues, the staff refused and told me to come back on Friday. I was also denied written confirmation that I had left. I ended up not staying at the hotel and had nowhere to sleep that night.

What’s worse is that my family had stayed here before and recommended the hotel, but my experience was completely different and disappointing. Despite reaching out through Expedia multiple times, the hotel has refused a refund, even though I didn’t stay.

Extremely unprofessional service. I do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

Was a last minute trip. This room had a smell that would not go away 😩

I booked a NON smoking room but when we got there it was a smoking room! My confirmation said nonsmoking but the motel's reservations said smoking room. They said it Was Hotels.com's fault..since we were evacuating from a hurricane, we really didn't have much choice but to stay. So NO, I'm not very happy with the stay! Besides everything being yellow and sticky and smelling like smoke...there were ants,broken fixtures,light switches and floor tiles.

The room was reasonably priced and clean. Very loud and disruptive being along the highway and apparently on the path of the Air Force Base. Loud jets continued all day and well into the night. Staff was amazing tho cleaning room and fresh linens daily. The last night of my stay the power went out and I was able to get a full refund on t for the last night.

Breakfast was a joke! And they have bed bugs!!!!

would I stay there again if I had to sure! But the smell in the rooms it wouldn't be first pick.

It was a decent stay but I got accused of stealing pillows when I know for a fact there was only four pillows in the room! I didn’t get my deposit back when we made sure the room was spotless the only thing was the pillows! Overall though it was a pretty okay stay. They do need to fix the cracks in the bottom of the door, we could hear everyone’s conversation walking by our room!

It was clean, fresh paint and new floors. no issues with check-in or out. good deal for the price
