Jemma is always great and wonderful! Value is good and location is excellent to use the CTrain.
Lamps with more AC outlets on the desk would be a bonus.

Wherever I swing by, they take their time to greet you and catch up always. It's like seeing your relatives after a long time.

​A great stay with 24/7 service that truly goes above and beyond. This hotel offers good value per night and higher-quality amenities than its competitors in the area. A great budget hotel that doesn't skip on service and quality. Also noise levels in the room is virtually zero which is rare with some hotels around this price.

Staff is really friendly, location is great, right in front of the train so you can go and explore and not worry about parking. Rooms are good size and has a really comfortable bed!

My husband had a stroke. This lovely facility was close by. My stay lasted a week and a half and during that time the staff I dealt with were amazing. They kept me sane during a difficult time. They welcomed me every day, they asked about my husband, were interested and encouraging. They continuously asked how I was, what I needed and how could they help. I miss them, thank you from the bottom of my heart - Adilla, Nirmal, Azeb and Gem. You guys are the best if the best. Stay well and happy. Thank you again! Ps, the beds were amazing too! 😁 Mj Rose

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Aloft Hotel.
The check-in process was very smooth, and the agent greeted us with a warm smile. She was always smiling, very helpful, and attentive to me and my family. She was truly excellent and even remembered my name, which made the experience feel very personal and special. I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name.
The room was also great—clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our stay.
Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we had a very pleasant experience at Aloft Hotel. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Staff are fantastic. They take the time to learn your name and ensure your stay is going well. Continental breakfast is enjoyable (especially on bacon days).

Easy access to the Foothils hospital and there are several dining options close at hand.

stayed at this hotel for several days and was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for travelers who want easy access to public transportation (2 minutes walk to Ctrain Station). The receptionist was also very friendly, Adilla helped me with the check-in process. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Calgary in the future.

I had an absolutely lovely experience at Aloft. I would love to thank Gio for his incredible hospitality, his great sense of humour, and his care for his guests and making sure all our needs were met. I would also love to thank Gurnit and Sheryl for being absolutely wonderful sales managers and I had awesome experiences with them showing me around the hotel and making sure I was accommodated. I would also like to thank the front desk staff. Jemma, Harshita, Amra, Adilla, and Mohit were usually working the morning and afternoon shifts. They were absolutely incredible and were as accommodating as you could ever hope. I also would like to thank the night shift staff. Normal, Nitish, and Nabil. They were all absolutely incredible and were always there for me whenever I needed anything. I made friends with most of the staff thanks to how nice and caring they were. I felt like a genuine guest and not just a number on the screen, and I’ve never felt that to such an extent at any other hotel or any other place of residence for that matter. I would also like to thank Joseph, and the rest of the housekeeping staff, who were all wonderful and made this place feel like a genuine home. It felt so much more than a dorm room or a place of residence. It felt like this was actually home. Thank you so much to everyone at Aloft who made this possible, I love you all so much. ♥️♥️♥️
