The property was close to the Banff Trail transit station. We could go into city in about 10-15 mins. It was easy to get to.
They included breakfast.
Nothing. It was a comfortable hotel.

The bed. It was uneven, sloped down on one side . They dont turn mattresses.
Excellent hotel with the friendliest staff. Extremely accommodating and the breakfast is amazing.
It was good, the staff were very nice, it was very clean and I liked the activities I could do here (ie. pool, swimming, massage, etc). The only thing I don’t really like is the curtains on the window, I wanted some light but I didn’t want to see the motel beside me. I really hope those windows are tinted because I was very nervous to have the shutter open, incase someone would peer through or see me. Especially being a solo female traveler.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will come back again.

The facility is clean and cosy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had an excellent experience at the Aloft hotel. Our flight was cancelled and the hotel happily refunded us for that night. The breakfast buffet was great for our volleyball team. The games room was fun for the kids and the beds are comfy.
It’s close to places we want to visit, the beds are comfortable, the gym is good, and we like the food especially the full breakfast. The staff is helpfull and friendly.
The heating and cooling: the room was warm but when we turned the temperature down to 21 degrees, the unit would come on every 5 minutes so it wasn’t good to sleep.
