Stayed here while a family member was in the foothills hospital for a few days. Staff were absolutely amazing to me and they also have a special rate if you are staying for someone in the hospital. My family member was discharged in the afternoon and I checked out after normal checkout time but they did not charge an extra night. The level of care at a time that was challenging for me and my family was outstanding and took a lot of pressure off of an already stressful situation. HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel
Very clean, very friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Good bkfst!
Very minor. Only table lamp didn't work and it would be nice to have a 2nd mirror outside the bathroom mirroe perhaps above desk for when multiple women share a room. Thank you.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It’s a very convenient location with easy access to downtown and main hubs in Calgary. The LRT access right outside the hotel is a great advantage and makes traveling around the city very easy. The service and food were also very good. Special thanks to Adilla, who handled my booking from start to finish. She provided excellent service and made everything smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty, and the dining area was well organized. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I look forward to coming back!
Amazing hotel great staff nice vibe
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Comfortable facilities and excellent service.
We house our band festival adjudicators at Aloft Calgary University each and every year. The location is ideal and close to the University of Calgary, ensuring our adjudicators don’t have a long way to travel after a long day. Gurneet always makes the booking process easy. She is easy to communicate with and make sure we have everything we need. Our adjudicators always tell us that the staff looks after them well. This year I know one of the adjudicators used the spa services and LOVED it! (She said the massage was one of the best she has ever had!) She enjoyed it so much she booked a second one and talked one of the other adjudicators into having one as well. (He said it was wonderful too!) Thank you to the entire team at Aloft for looking after our adjudicators and making them feel at home!
When we travel to Calgary for Hockey we usually stay at Aloft. The atmosphere and amenities are great, and most importantly, the staff are excellent!

Lamps with more AC outlets on the desk would be a bonus.

A great stay with 24/7 service that truly goes above and beyond. This hotel offers good value per night and higher-quality amenities than its competitors in the area. A great budget hotel that doesn't skip on service and quality. Also noise levels in the room is virtually zero which is rare with some hotels around this price.
