Rooms are lovely, staff is kind and attentive.
Pros:

The people working are all lovely. They were attentive, polite and helpful. Room was bright and clean.

Cons:

There was a funky smell in my room. It almost smelled like cat urine. Also, our group rented Fox hall. The bathrooms and the mail room were lovely. The kitchen was gross. Old food, freezer leaks.

Excellent Customer Service at check in, Pabia? was outstanding, very friendly and professional. She expedited my early arrival which had been requested on my reservation. She procured a room in no time at all, considering it was Super Bowl Sunday there were experiencing late check outs in addition to early check in requests. The room was great, king size bed, couch, chair and desk area. Loved the in room refrigerator with the separate freezer compartment, great for the ice packs. Loved the Pharmacopia bath products. Comfortable bed and very quiet allowing for a restful night's sleep.

Nice Budget-Friendly Place to Stay in Bellingham
Pros:

All of the staff members were friendly, and I felt welcomed at the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. Good sized gym and nice breakfast area. I have stayed here before and would stay again!

So quiet
Pros:

We booked here because we wanted to extend our stay in town for some shopping. Wonderful hotel. Next to the airport and highway, did not have any noise from either. I ran into several flight attendants in the hall and lobby, so a very popular location for them to be booked. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Seriously chowed down on that. The room was very clean and quiet. Great sleep. Shower was large and supper water flow. Our room was next to the elevator but there was no noise from it at all. We enjoyed the stay and will repeat.

Very nice and so close to a niece we were visiting.
Pros:

Liked the hard boiled eggs and milk. Ham and potatoes. yogurt.

Cons:

Scrambled eggs tasted a little thinned with something or maybe mixed with powdered eggs? Would have liked some fruit besides apples.
