It was good
Everything
Location
Room rather tired, needed more thorough cleaning and fresher decor.
Location
Staff, Room, Overall Experience
The ambiance, location and staff.
Noise from the other rooms or hallway, as my room was close to the elevator. The towels were stained.
I liked the ambiance, the staff, our room, the view, and the proximity to the event.
The Parking is non existent. However, your valet crew made it easier.
Power was out from 11pm to 5am.
Room service was poor. No hot tea available!!
Loved that it was close to the downtown area.
I was disappointed in the condition of the room that we were in — quality checks of the rooms should be done before letting guests check in. Our room had hair in the tub, floors and on the walls. Then there was no power from 11:50 PM - 5:15 AM which was an inconvenience.
The worst Marriott experience so far. The room does not match the photos on their website. A lot of hazardous and none ergonomic designs. I will never return.
This hotel was clean and very nice. The lobby bar is great with excellent service. The concierge lounge was open 7 days per week with great options. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The only disappointment was the rooftop pool. There’s no food or drink service and it’s very outdated versus the rest of the hotel. Overall, a great stay!
Junior suite had a view of a large dumpster and multiple busy port-o-potties. I was offered to downgrade my room ( with no discount offered) when I requested an equivalent room with a different view.
Won’t stay here again.
